Chair is nice but leg lift is only made for short people. I love the head rest pillow and the back adjustments but the back pillow is also lacking it is super stiff.

Regarding the leg rest: Indeed, to accommodate users of different heights, the leg rest of this chair was designed with a compromise length, which may not perfectly match your height.
Regarding the backrest: We use high-density support cotton, which may feel firm initially.
This is to prevent deformation with long-term use, but it also means it takes a little time to get used to.

Lacks sufficient chair cushioning. Feels like airting on cardboard with some foam cushion. Too thin compared to chair it's supoosed to replace. Easy assembly though. Even sale price wasn't worth it

Bought for my son. He likes it. I found it to be hard with no coushin on the seat Or back to it at all. So not comfortable to sit in for a long time frame.

Be aware that this product is sold by a third-party vendor, and you will be charged a fee if you return it or if they even allow a return. This is unacceptable for a retailer like Best Buy. I have been a long-time, loyal customer, but this experience has completely eroded my trust. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again.

The chair is very uncomfortable after a few hours. I tried to exchange for a different chair. But they refused. Beware... If your are a member with 60 days return, it is no 60 days, its 30 days. This is not Bestbuy, but a market place.

Bad design and digs into my shoulder blades. Be aware this item is sold via a marketplace company and the best buy stores will not accept a return and you have to pay for shipping to return it.

It’s so bad quality and I can’t return at any Best Buy location because it’s a seller on Best Buy, finely after 20 days I return it after calling Best Buy and send the shipping label.
