This was easy to use and set up. I used peanut oil because I read it was better for frying. I fried catfish and they came out crunchy and awesome in less than 15 min with no mess or splashing and easy clean up.

Fryer is easy to use. Has easy to read temperature setting. Timer right on the fryer is very handy, it is something I would have liked to have had on other fryers. The magnetic power cord is a great safety feature and works better than the same type cord I have had on other fryers. The folding basket handle is great for storage. It comes apart for easy cleaning.

I don't always fry food but when I do, I fry it in my Hamilton Beach fryer. Simple to assemble, easy to use, fries foods perfectly, and easy to clean. What more could you want?

I got this fryer because it was on sale, but I would have paid full price. Easy to use, easy clean up, compact to save space but large enough to do the job, FISH FRY!

You don't need much of bigger fryer. This fryer works great! The key is not to mix your oils. We primarily use peanut oil for the deep fryer.

This is a nice addition to the kitchen. The first time we used it I was pleased. It was simple to set up and easier to use. Temperature control was a big help. Wish I bought it earlier.

Never bought a frier before but this was easy to set up and easy to use, we enjoyed it, and a lot of fun, with a large enough capacity.

Very easy cleanup and fryer is a good size. The outer stainless ring is a bit flimsy but pretty much what I expected for the price. Not fancy but it does the job.

This fryer is fantastic. Heats so fast. I didn't realize how slow my old one was until I got this one. Easy to use. Only drawback is the magnetic cord. I understand it, but I don't necessarily like it.

Simple set up, easy to clean, no directions needed. Baskets sit on top of heating element. Heats up real fast. Very nice deep fryer at a great price!

Works as indicated. Fits three to four large sum sticks at a time. Cooks those drum sticks in about 15 min on high.

Love this fryer! It was nicely priced and super easy to assemble. The large capacity makes it good for cooking several servings at the same time so that everyone can enjoy hot food together.

I love this fryer and I use it a lot. The food always comes out perfectly fried to a crisp golden brown color. My only complaint is the cord, I would like to have it snap tight in place but all in all its works just fine.

I was unsure if this deep fryer could handle my needs but to my surprise, it takes care of business:) I was not planning on purchasing this item but it was on clearance after Christmas so I said what the hay, let's give it a try:) I have cooked wings, fries, onion rings, etc. and it performs great every time. I am definitely happy with my purchase.

I was in the market for a deep fryer. I researched the models available at Best Buy and this is the model I purchased. I like that it doesn't leave the kitchen smelling like a fast food joint. It's quite simple to use and to clean. The only quirk is the power cord, it is entirely too short and connects magnetically. I am not sure what the thought was when the mfr was creating the power cord but they definitely came up short, no pun intended. Fortunately, I have an outlet fairly close so it is a non issue or me, I guess if it were I could simply use an extension cord or surge protector. Thus far I have only fried chicken, came out extremely tasty and I like the fact that I know exactly what ingredients are in my food. Happy Frying!

We bought this without checking reviews first, so I was concerned we wouldn't like it. Wound up loving it and getting one for my daughter at Christmas.
