Customer Ratings & Reviews

Good working machine. Only drawback is the temperature of beverages. Have to reaheat my beverage. Love the dual abilities.

My wife and I really enjoy this product. We can’t wait for our friends and family to enjoy this machine as well.

EXCELLENT AND RELIABLE COFFEE MAKER. IT'S VERSATILE WITH MANY OPTIONS

I had the original coffeemaker and really liked it. I am happy with the upgraded one. The single use side is more easier to use than the old one. I it is a great looking coffeemaker too.

I love the versatility of this unit to be able to make a pot or just one cup. Had to replace my old model with the new this one, and the only thing I miss is being able to see the water level on the left side of the maker for the coffee pot side. The prior model lasted me years, so I knew I wanted to replace it the same brand.

Nice design. Looks top of the line. Still pretty new but performance wise it works great.

Had an older model that served me well for many years. When failed, I was happy to buy the latest similar type model same brand. Single cup maker is as fast as my office Kurig and takes either pods or has an adapter to use reg grounds.

I've had this coffee maker for a few weeks now, and at this point I am very happy with it. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house so I didn't make a carafe yet. I used K-Cups as well as the option for loose coffee. The coffee maker is very quick, yet the coffee is hot. Operation is very simple and intuitive and everything appears to be sturdy. So far, I have zero complaints. Definitely a good purchase for a fair price.

Love this versatile coffee pot. Can brew a pot or a single cup of ground coffee. Also great for k-cups.

I don't have to waste a full pot because I can grt a nice size single cup plus i can make half a pot and enjoy 2 to 3 cups

It seems temperamental when using the kcup side. And makes a good amount of noise when it does work. I have no problems when just making a pot of coffee.

Brews fast and quiet easy to use would recommend this coffee maker

The coffee maker is very good, however, it arrived with a cracked carafe. I contacted customer service and was told I would have to either return the entire coffee maker to a store, or ship it back for a replacement. I only wanted to replace the carafe. I live an hour away from the closest store, and do not have easy access to shipping. Also, I needed a coffee maker and the K-cup side was working fine. I ended up having to purchase a new carafe directly from Hamilton Beach. The machine is great. Customer service was not so great about replacing the cracked carafe.

Excellent coffee pot. Dose k cup. Single brew cup And regular pot

super recomendable 3 in 1 coffee marker ease to use

It works wonderfully. The convenience of having both options is fantastic.

Love this Coffee Maker. My first pot of coffee in the AM is hot and ready when I wake. If I want a cup any warm beverage in the afternoon , it just takes a minute to get it done. clean up, program and service is easily done.

I love this coffee maker! I use the carafe to make a pot of coffee everyday before work. I set the delay brew and I have fresh coffee when I get up. Late afternoon I make a K-cup, and when I had to drive a couple of hours on a trip, I filled up my travel mug with my favorite coffee and enjoyed my trip. I would buy this coffee maker again in a heartbeat. In fact, I got a similar one for my sister. She just didn't want the K-cup feature. Both versions are great!

The fact that I can brew a pot of coffee, a travel mug to go, or a single cup is excellent. The brew occurs quickly, too. We are so happy with this choice.

Everything we wanted and more…programming is a breeze, coffee tastes delicious.
