I don't think it's better but different not in a bad way. Good to have for flavored coffee or hot coco.

Keeps my coffee hot

This is my third, have two bodums which are ok, but one is for my cold brew and the other is tiny. This HB maker is great all around, quality, size, look, and has two press functions. I won’t use the hot cocoa feature but it was a nice addition. Keeps my coffee hotter than my BOdums, for sure, so i can even add cold cream and its doesn’t get lukewarm. def a great pot.

Nice French press…

It works well with my loose tea leaves as well as making coffee. I haven’t tried to make hot chocolate with it yet but I bet it would be good at that also. Works well for small or large amounts. Much healthier than using traditional drip machines.

Solid inexpensive French press

After a few weeks with it I can confirm it is definitely a good buy if you don’t want to spend a fortune on one.
