The instruction manual says "Meat such as chicken, pork, or beef should be precooked or cut into very small pieces before grilling". So basically, cooking twice. No thank you, I want a refund.

We are too old & cold to use the outdoor grill so we thought this would be a good alternative. It works great and we are very happy with our purchase
