    Slow cooker works great! I've used it a few times now and it has made quite a few amazing meals so far. The temp settings seem to be right on which doesn't always seem to be the case for slow cookers.

    I loved my old Hamilton Beach slow cooker, but after 8 years, the cord shorted out. I knew that it was shorting out because the power indicator light flickered. I was disappointed to find out that this new model I ordered does not have a light, so aside from waiting for drastic temperature changes (i.e. ruined food), I won't know if it's working properly.

    Don’t ever buy a crockpot that doesn’t have a lid like this that locks down. I won’t buy another crockpot without this type of lid. It’s the only kind of crockpot to take to a potluck.
