Freezes a lot

I tried updating but it keeps saying serial number invalid. I have an andrios tv and it won't let me do smart view. I never heard of xumo. I'd prefer google or roku. This is more compatible with apple products.

Don't bother

It is constantly lagging making the picture Skip and rubber bands. It's the only TV in the house that does it we're on fiber over a gig service. I wish I could return this piece of junk

Not worth buying

Thought it was due to my poor wifi connection but after few months, its bluetooth connection was having issues and could not play connecting to bluetooth speakers. I tried multiple times chatting with live agent but the app always ended the chat without solving issues.

Hisense tv

It was glitching.best buy customer service was the worst. They didn’t want to return it or give me an upgrade instead. Not happy with the customer service.

Arrived without TV legs

Best Buy support has been terrible both over chat and in-store, with no one able to provide the TV legs to me. Someone please help urgently…?? Otherwise would not recommend this product.
