I replaced a LG G4 with this projector in our tv room. With the proper preparation (seriously invest in a solid short throw screen and window coverings) you too can have a cinema quality experience at home. Stunning colors, great blacks and the muscle to handle gaming (PS5) and sports without compromising picture quality.
The wow factor when paired with my Sonos surrounds and a DB 820 player is just kind of unbelievable. The tech has progressed so rapidly that today, an average home consumer can save $ for 12-18 months, invest 10k and then achieve a theater level of quality in picture and sound without taking out a second mortgage or even needing to hire a high fidelity installation specialist.

I previously used the Epson EpiqVision Ultra LS800 4K PRO-UHD UST projector and faced several issues with focus and overall picture quality. After switching to the Hisense L9Q, the difference has been remarkable. I’ve been using it for about a month now, and the experience has been exceptional—extremely satisfied so far.
