These things are infuriating, they don't work half the time, they can't understand me over the television even if it isn't loud, and half the time it can't find my chromecast. I smashed this thing with a mallet because it infuriated me so much. It's more useless than a motion sensing light at a blind man's house.

Followed directions, but this device had so much trouble connecting to my spotify account and making phone calls. I returned this device and picked up the dot, which I love.

My review is one star for the color and because I have no other option. I am unable to review the product it self on quality or use because it never connected to the internet I did everything possible but nothing worked. I am a very patient person so trust me when I say I tried. Therefor, I had to return it. I just didn't want to deal with another one specially with only having a 2 week period for returns.

This device does what you ask, however it listens to all your conversations. By saying someone’s name, it will call them on the phone. Not thrilled with that feature.

Literally used it a hand full of times and didn’t like how it worked with my stuff. Had to troubleshoot it more than enjoy the product. Wasn’t a fan.

I would recommend Amazon's Alexa before this. It's not a bad speaker if you're just looking for something to use but if you're looking for quality then just buy Alexa.

Not only did this product not live up to my expectations it was a horrible product did not work correctly 90% of the time and Google even kept $5 of the return money when I returned it as a fee. I got it for Christmas present along with the hub with the screen and the help with the screen is OK but also does not have a camera so all in all I still believe Alexa leads the way.

I prefer Amazon Echo. I constantly have to repeat commands with the Google. Sometimes it tells me it can’t do things that it actually can.

Me and my daughter had trouble getting it to work. Bot it at Best By could not get any help from them . My daughter is really disappointed !!!

Wasn’t a fan. It may be personal but just don’t want something in my house listening to me all the time. Also has a hard time understanding my commands.

I have not used it much as I did not really want it. It was a freebie with the pixel. I don’t really want google listening to my personal life.

No match for Amazon Echo. Sound quality does not even come close. Would not buy again, in fact, returned this purchase for refund to payment method.

Didn’t like it because you have to keep it connected and you can only use it through app not direct Bluetooth

I feel like I have to scream at google for it to hear me. I can whisper at Siri in HomePod and she can hear me in the other room. Buy a HomePod instead.

I absolutely love this device. So easy to setup. It's so small, and the volume is most surprising at how loud it can be. For $49 dollars you absolutely can't beat this item. From asking general questions to calling. Love it. Just picked up a second one for my mom.

This product was difficult to set-up, so difficult that I returned it. Echo a lot easier to set-up.

It was a good value for the price but wasn't loud enough for me and sound quality wasn't as good as the reviews.

Great but does not recognize my voice properly. I seem to think I have proper English but still messes up once in a while.

I keep getting the response “I’m sorry I can’t help you with that.” Google has very limited knowledge.
