This product is not what I thought it would be. I do have some trouble with it here and there but i'm giving it a chance maybe it's just me lol

Does what I wanted it to do. Use it in the kitchen as a helper and also use it to provide music

I like alexa better. Sound quality isn't that good, and the app and compatibility leave a lot to be desired.

Got this as a free add-on with another purchase. Other than asking what the weather is, or have it read you the news, this is totally useless.

hard to use and seems to disconnect often. great price but not well managed between the system

this one is better if you have an android phone sync to your google acct. but responsiveness wise Amazon echo that is better

Wasn't very happy with the sound when playing music. This speaker lacks bass so it sounds very "tinty"

You can't connect this device to 3rd party Bluetooth speaker. Disaster. All other functions well.

Google has had some serious cloud issues with their Google Home, and Home Mini for the past few months making the Google home or mini one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Constantly losing my voice data, so it couldn't give me my schedule, shopping lists, etc., making this virtually a useless home assistant.

I have had many problems getting this unit to respond to my voice. I have lost patience trying to use it on a regular basis.

Unable to program it to play music. No really good answers on internet that address this issue. Frustrated.

I tried this in the echo.both for a few weeks the echo dots microphone is incredible they can pick you up from three or four rooms away or from the floor below you sometimes I have to really pay attention to which way my voice is going because one of the dots will pick me up so far away and there is the Google+ device I had to yell at all the time it never really pictured voice up that well it’s just not as good as the dot

It’s a hit or miss with this product. Sometimes it’s very slow to respond or worst doesn’t respond at all.

Limited in capability compared to Alexa. The user interface is also not the best in the industry.

it was great when I first got it, Then you have to subscribe to hear any artists you want to listen to... not very cool.

The sound is just so low, not what i was expecting. Bought it for my parents as a gift, they did not like it a bit.

Quality is low and sound poor. Wasn't happy with this product. I'm sure the second gen is better.

It wasn’t as good as Alexa, nor Siri, but if you use google it is ok, I guess.

Not worth the box it came in. Took two or three tries before command was even recognized, much less understood.
