Previously purchased the shiatsu model of the HoMedics vibration neck (believe also from Best Buy), and includes the heat option. This model has smaller plastic protrusions that performs the massaging function as compared to the older version, which has very prominent hard half spheres that can really "dig" into the neck. Personally find the older model to be superior (but I also prefer hard or deep tissue massages). The newer model may be better for someone who typically requests medium or soft massages at a spa. Purchased as a Deal of the Day which was very competitively priced.

It’s been over three years since I purchased this and I’m still using it. The heat is great for my neck after a long day of work and it not too hot but just right. Totally worth it.

I am very picky about products like this. I really wanted a neck massage pillow that would provide heat only, massage only, or both heat and massage. This one offers massage only or heat with massage. I hesitated to buy it, but at a price of about $20 and with Best Buy’s liberal holiday return policy, I decided I had nothing to lose by trying it. I decided to keep it and I use it frequently. The heat is a comfortable temperature and I like the 2 massage settings that provide vibration. I gave it 4 stars because it works well but I would have given 5 stars if it had a heat only setting. Then it would be perfect!

I actually bought this one for my brother for his birthday. But I have the same exact one that I bought elsewhere a year ago for myself and for my mom. I love mine and he loves his. I only WISH that it had some kind of hook, clasp or something that allowed you to close it around your neck so that you didn't have to manually hold it the whole time. Other than that, I love it. I use it at least 4x a week and my brother puts it against his chair and uses it for his back.

Good for what you pay. Warms nicely and vibration good. Wish it had longer cord or was rechargeable. Comfortable to wear.

This is a great massager the only inconvenience is that it needs to be plugged in for use

I bought this Neck Massager for my recent diagnosis of Rheumatoid arthritis. The vibration, heat and timer are great features. I basically rest my hand inside the handles while in use. I lean my head on the massager for a pillow. After the 15 minutes usage is up the product automatically stops and I feel refreshed.

Easy to use. I just don’t like that fact you have to hold it down on your neck.
Works pretty well. Helps reduce neck pain. Not bad for almost $20.

This is the perfect neck massager. It massages the way fingers would and the added function of heat is a real bonus. The amount of force you exert when pulling down on the straps determines the intensity of the massage as well as it's built in two levels of low and high.

Heating not so good, but the vibration is very soothing.

Heat is nice, ability to use batteries is a plus for portability. Vibration is ok, but kind of rattles my brain too much. Still it was a good purchase for the price. We own several HoMedics products and would purchase them again.

I saw this advertised late at night on tv but saw best buy was selling it for less. I wasn't expecting it to be this good for only 20 bucks. I have bought other ones priced at $50-$100 in the past and they weren't as good as this. It works so well that I ordered a 2nd one for a family member. If you have neck or back problems from working or sitting in a chair to long, this is a must buy! It automatically shuts off after 15 mins, but you can easily turn it back on. The heating feature makes it even better.

This is the best neck massager I ever had I just wish it would get a little warmer but I understand they have to limit the temperature for safety reasons but I love this! Thank you Best Buy

I had pains in my back and neck. The vibration and heat were helpful in reducing the pain and relieving pressure.

I had moved some heavy furniture and had not done it correctly. I was in pain when I would lay down to sleep and needed an aid that would work between my neck and shoulder. I bought this and used it to give heat and vibration while going to sleep and found that it helped me sleep and kept me asleep for a week of painful evenings. I reccomend this to help with muscle strains of the neck and shoulder areas.
