Bought this for my wife as a gift.

returned, a little agressive on the massage side

However the two spike like things protruding from the inside section (making contact with the back of the neck) were uncomfortable and a little over aggressive when put in massage mode. We returned this item promptly to the local store as it was essentially unusable.
