I really enjoyed this product for my neck. You can use while watching TV which is very nice. With the extra straps on the side, you can give the neck more pressure. There are others in my family who now want to get one also!!

When I heard my hands pain could be related to my necks I decided to massage my neck and shoulder more often I got this been using it it works very good

Saw it on "Deal of the Day" and said I need one; worst investment thus far. The massager has one speed "fast", it did not fit my neck (I don't think any grown up would) the little knots for massaging are hard plastic without any padding and if you have neck problems (like me) this is not for your use! It didn't do anything for the shoulders because it wasn't large enough to reach the them (and I'm average size). Found this item to be a waste of my money and will be returning it today after work.

i bought 2 of these since it was on sale .... my wife and I loved it and used it almost every night to relieve our stress at work... and the heat heats up pretty quick... it can be too hot for me... no complaints

I really wanted to buy this for my mom her neck and shoulders always were hurts when I saw this with special price and the brand that I see I didn't have to think twice , once was enough and bought it and had them ship it to her also .

This massager works great for the upper and lower neck area but they shouldn't claim that it is a shoulder massager also. It is difficult to place in a position to get to shoulder pain.

OMG!!!!! This is the best economical massager on the market! I love this massager! There are different settings that can be utilized properly for tension in the neck! I highly recommend this product!

This product was a surprise gift! It was a wonderful treat! Brought it to work during high tension weeks! It helps. I recommend it at full price, or even better to give as gift! Homedics have always great products that last!

I always feel tense on my neck and shoulders. This massager works great for the neck but it's very slim so it's hard to get it around the neck. And it doesn't work great for the shoulders. It's ok
