This massager is OK. I got it on a deal of the day. However, I dont think it is work the full price. I would have returned it if I paid full price. Its just comfortable enough.

Massager works pretty good. I wish the massaging knobs were softer. You cannot lay back in a recliner unless the headrest is below your neck, which most aren't, so I have to sit up in a low chair.

I use this to relieve neck and shoulder pain/tightness. I like being able to move it to different areas and hold it as tight as I fell necessary. This enables me to target a specific area. Worth a try.

With this you get what you pay for. When I really learned into it to her that deep muscle massage, it sounded like it was going to break. Lots of plasticky clicking noises.

I bought this as a gift for my sister and she loved it! My mom, my other sister and I all tried it as soon as she opened it too and we all agreed it felt so good. I am probably going to buy one for myself now

IT IS OK, I EXPECTED BETTER. MY ONLY SERIOUS ISSUE WITH THIS THE MASSAGING KNOBS, THEY ARE NOT PLACED FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM EACH OTHER. THEY ARE ALSO VERY HARD ON THE NECK.

first time i used it already feels like heaven.... then my wife saw me so i bought another one...we both loved it the only downside... it takes a while to heat up...

I love this massager it not only works on your neck but shoulders as well it helps relieves the stress of worrying so much about Covid 19

I purchased this massager mainly for my neck. The product works as described however the heat function does not get that hot. Overall decent massager for periodic use

When you have a sore neck this is what you need to get. Combined with the heat it sure helps! Purchased during Deal of the Day so it was cheaper than at BBB!

You have to hold the machine down with both hands in order for it to work. Myself and the person I bought it for found it uncountable. So, I returned it.

I need to return the product but I have no time I have it for me be a month it’s easy to use

Homredics is a high quality brand and so is this. Of course it can't complete with a real massage and I wish is went down a lil lower, but good for a deal of the day.

Works perfect n very strong gets the job done. Perfect for that end of day from hard work it gets the kinks out your Neck and shoulders

I liked the unit,it fits around neck easily.A bit disappointed with message mechanism,it felt more like finger tips than message.

I gave this massager 3 stars, because while it did a decent job of massaging the neck, the heating element was not that hot. It was more like luke warm.

After a hard day at work with a stiff neck, this device is very helpful. It relaxes and massages your neck at the same time. Feels so good. Thanks Best Buy.

Bought two one for myself and one for my brother it wasn’t as good as i expected. There’s other massagers out there better than this one.

Pretty good neck massager to get the kinks out. The handles allow one to place as much as force as comfortably necessary to relieve the pain.
