Nice works good easy to use plugs into wall a bit tuff

I purchased this product for my husband as a gift, and had to return. The product is narrow for his neck, probably designed for women's neck or small size. Therefore, the massage part doesn't work through out the neck. It never did massage for shoulder, neither.

Just like many reviews stated, it works very well massaging neck.

purchased this because its so adaptable to other parts of my body, My muscles tend to "lock up" and I can not only use this for my neck but my calves where I really need it. I can do my arms as well and its good at releasing those trigger points. If you are looking for a massage that can do more than just the neck I do recommend this.

This is a good value item if you can get the product via a sale price or coupon price. Bit of strange features being if you engage the heat function while device is on your neck, its difficult to see the neck piece turning red which would indicate it is on, when the device is on the back of your neck.

you get a great massage with this homedics messager. simple way to relax at home while watching TV and getting a very nice neck massage. the 3 settings provide options depending on your need. nice was to receive a massage without braking your bank account.

I expected to love this as much as my Homedics cordless back massager and my foot massager. But I was wrong. It did not fit comfortably on my shoulders or my neck, and required far too much work holding it in place. Disappointed...

I spend quite a bit of time in a seated position, completing various work assignments on my PC. As such, My neck and back do become painful which lead me to this purchase. And while the packaging was just adequate,t the product was good. It does its job very well and the heat is an added bonus. this is a great purchase
