I bought this for my fiance and he loves it. He has shoulder, neck, and back issues so he constantly needs/wants a massage. The handles are awesome, allowing you to apply as much pressure as you want to certain areas. The only downside is the power cord. If this was wireless, 5 stars for sure!

I'm usually bent over a desk at work 8 hrs a day and getting home with my neck feeling like it's gonna fall off was never any fun. This thing made all the difference. I even bought one for my mom after I got mine.

Love it! Great massager, feels like little hands with great strength that doesn't get tired. You can adjust the pressure yourself by releasing handle or pulling towards you for more gripping strength on your neck. Heat works well.

I bought this for my wife wo has been having neck pain - she loves it - very soothing - the extra heat seems to be important - others that we have tried have not worked as well - she thinks it is the heat.

I bought this for my mother because of her neck pains. She said that it helped a little at first but that it's not helping her any more. I guess that she is going to have to go see a doctor.

I already had this gifted to me for Christmas from my daughter but since it is such a great massager, she was always borrowing it so I just purchased it on a deal of the day for her Christmas gift this year.

It is a little hard with not much give. To get a close massage you must hold onto the handles to keep snug against your neck . It works but there are many more out there that are more comfortable to use

I use this to relieve my neck pain and it was awesome.

This helps a lot when I have stiff shoulders and neck pain. Just be careful when you use the heat function - you might get a low degree burn if you use it put too hard on your neck too long... I had some red spots on my neck once.

Got this for a friend as a gift who had neck issues, and they found it quite useful, especially the heat feature. Their only complaint was wishing it was flexible so it could be used on other areas of the body. Overall very pleased after getting on sale for half off.

work in computer all day and get pretty bad stiff neck. after long thought process gave in to try these. Not bad for the price, bought on sale. could have given 5 starts if it was bit flexible to move around different parts of the neck.

My wife's neck and shoulders gets tight and was looking for a way to reduce the tension. I thought would get this for her. The product is uncomfortable to wear and did more harm than good to relax the muscles. After several tries we returned it.

bought this for my wife and so happened the day it arrived she woke up with a stiff neck and it had been hurting her all day she put this on and after about 5 minutes her neck was better. so worked great

The massager is a solid item. Nothing spectacular. It is minorly annoying to have to hold the straps to get it to work, but at the same time you can choose your level of pressure. Otherwise it works great.

I suffer from many neck and head pains due to stress now every time I start my pains I just put on the massage machine and it's an immediate relief I love it excellent product

I love this Massager, takes away the stress of my daily work. I feel good and I always look forward to each day, and never get tired. My wife loves this too.

For the price, it is a very solid product. The massaging is deep enough and the heat is a nice touch. My only complaint is that you have to hold the straps to keep the massager in place.
