This ice maker is very easy to use and makes ice surprisingly fast—about every 5–7 minutes. It works great and has been reliable so far. I also love that it can run on batteries, making it easy to take camping or outdoors. It does get a bit heavier with the batteries attached, but the portability is worth it. Plus, it looks sleek and modern on the counter.

It’s agreat ice maker - convenient, compact, and easy to take either you. It runs on batteries cut also comes with a power cord for a wall outlet. It makes ice quickly: the first batch takes about 10 minutes, and subsequent batches are even faster. The instructions are easy to follow you.

Now we can have cold drinks while we are camping! This ice machine is portable and super easy to make ice anywhere. Even on the beach. It’s relatively quiet and makes two different sizes of ice. My family loves it!

Bought this on a whim thinking it might be great for camping. Overall, it's a great little ice maker. Built pretty decently. It definitely makes a lot of ice. It can be a little messy because the bottom of the ice tray gets moist and drips when you take the ice out. I like the water level indicator on the front, the light is a nice option for checking on ice production at night. The only problem I had is the batteries. They look like regular power tool batteries but there's a little tab that makes it not compatible with my Harbor Freight Bauer batteries. I don't know if it'll work with other brands like DeWalt and Milwaukee. Of the 2 supplied batteries, one battery was able to charge properly, the other will not charge, even when left connected overnight. Customer Service was responsive and willing to help exchange the battery, I just haven't gotten around to making a video on what the exact problem was. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with this purchase.

We have used this ice maker on several trips now. It makes nice ice but the batteries do not last. Did a test on the batteries and they lasted just a little over four hours. Contacted the company and they say that’s normal parameters. That seems to be a bit short from the 5 1/2 hours they brag about. The test was in an environment that was not overstressing the compressor or anything else. So bottom line is if you want a battery operated ice machine it makes good ice, but don’t expect the batteries to last the full 5 1/2 hours for making ice.
