These Replacement bags for the Hoover Platinum upright vacuum are both effective with its hepa filter technology and easy to use. Simply unzip the panel on the bag holder, located on the front of the vacuum, remove the full bag and slip the new bag over the recepticle, and zip up the front panel again. It's as easy as that!

We love the upright vacuum that these bags go to. The HEPA media helps with my allergies and the cat fur. They are also heavy duty and self-sealing, so the dust doesn't plume out when replacing the bag.

Attention Best Buy Web Maintainence Department. The description of this product is wrong! As the first reviewer noted; The type Q Hepa bags are for the upright machine only! And these are packed two type Q upright bags per box...priced at $9.95! Your description could be very confusing and mis-leading to an un-informed consumer! Would Suggest that this be corrected to avoid any customer relations problems for Best Buy! Hard to say about recommending this item to a friend... it is the required replacement bag for the Platinum Bagged Upright Vaccum.. There are not any other options available! AND..BY THE WAY...WHY ARE THESE NOT BEING CONSISTENLY STOCKED AND AVAILABLE IN THE BEST BUY STORES? WHEN I WENT TO GET SOME REPLACMENTS, I WAS TOLD THAT THESE BAGS MAY NOT BE STOCKED ANY LONGER AT THE STORE LEVEL; EVENTHOUGH THE PLATINUM BAGGED UPRIGHT AND CANISTER MACHINES ARE STILL BEING SOLD THERE! The bags are fine. I have two problems with the description of this 2-Pack of bags in the Product Features section of the webpage. The type Q bags are for the upright vacuum, not for the canister vacuum. Also, the $9.99 price is for 2 Type Q bags, not for one of each type. The Type I bags for the canister vacuum are sold separately.
