absolutely love it! It rides super smooth and does not take long to learn to balance on it. In fact, as soon as you turn it on the hoverboard automatically auto-stabilizes. The lights are very cool as well. One charge lasted me two days of moderate use. I also like that it does not go super fast straight out. So far it seems to be very intuitive as far as going forward or backward. I am still perfecting turning though. That being said, I gave it four out of five stars for two reasons. One, when I first got the hoverboard, the box and device itself smelled very strongly of cigarettes for some reason. I thought that was really odd and disappointing. It went away after a few days. Two, every time you step on or off it makes a really loud beeping sound. The beep is okay it is just the volume is really loud. That being said, I do recommend it nonetheless and think it is an excellent hoverboard.

We got this for my 7 year old for Christmas. He was a little unsteady when he first tried it but after a couple tries he had it down and by the next day he was spinning in circles and flying all around the house like he’d been doing it for years. When he first got on I could hear that something was rattling around inside one of the sides of the hoverboard which is frustrating because the nearest Best Buy is pretty far away from us so trying to exchange it is not ideal. He’s been riding it and we hope it stays okay but really disappointing to get a hoverboard that was already falling apart. I also noticed this dies rather quickly but it takes 5 HOURS to recharge. That doesn’t go over well with a 7 year old. Overall it’s okay for a beginner but when it’s time to replace this one I’ll be looking for an upgraded model that has more endurance and doesn’t arrive with rattling pieces inside of it.

We have owned this hoverboard for about a week, and it's been a great purchase for our 6 year old. The 7 mph and 160 lbs limitations are in our case pluses, because it means it is the right weight distribution for our 45lb son, and I can always catch him if he goes top speed. The charge held for 4 four days unplugged and about three hours of play before we had to plug it in again. The unit began beeping when we needed to plug it in, and it still had enough juice to ride it back to house. It's not very heavy. Our son has let kids at the playground try it out, and I would say that it's best for kids 3+ to about teenage. We also bought him a helmet and safety pads -- and I highly recommend the wrist and elbow guards especially.

This board so far has lived up to its expectations. It functions well, has nice lights, and is age appropriate for my daughter.

We bought 2 of these along with the go cart attachment for our granddaughters who are 9 and 7 years old. They are still working great and they LOVE them.

Run very well and is very easy yo use, only you need to ensure to read the instructions and understand that is for less than 150lb to prevent malfunctions. Everything else is ok.

Hoover board 1 is the best one ever My 6 yrs old Grandson was so excited for Christmas he saw it and his eyes lit up like oh wow Grandma you got me a Hoover board. My Grandson master at riding it. He had control of it and didn't fall off. The price I got it for was an amazing deal. Thank you Best Buy Great job!

Bought a couple of these for my nephews. Instant hit...won the uncle of the year award. They even got the attachments to do the whole sit down thing on em.

My kids enjoy riding this hoverboard. Balancing is also good for beginners. My kids practice and learned in 5 mins

This is a wonderful toy for my 6 year old son. It was his first one and it was very easy for him to learn how to use it. I am about purchase 2 more for my other kids.

Iy is very great because it goes fast when you press harder and it is also safe because when you are on the hover board it wont turn of if you press the off button.

I bought this a birthday gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. Now we are just waiting on the weather to break so she can really enjoy it outside.

My son and daughter both got one for Christmas. My sons has been great my daughters broke as soon as she stepped on it. The replacement wouldnt charge and the 3rd one we got her snapped again in the same spot the first did. She rodes her brothers no problem

This was a Christmas gift for my niece and it arrived quick! ( After Christmas but that's because I placed the order on 12/21 which I expected an ETA after Christmas. ) Anywho !! Accident happened and Best Buy immediately returned the hover board and replaced it as a courtesy. The hover board is amazing! My niece loves it! It's not too fast at all! The customer service best buy offers is very good and if I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you!
