This new laptop is great and doing very well!! I had it and my new HP Smart Tank 5100 printer set up by Z at Geek Squad in Best Buy. It's been doing great!

It's ok i feel like it's a bit slow and can't take too many downloads.

This laptop is perfect to carry around and for everything we use it for. It’s for our small business and is great for what we need.

It’s as advertised. It works for exactly what I needed it for, being able to work from home due to snow or other issues. It’s nothing fancy but it allows me to get my work done and that’s all I was looking for.

Great inexpensive laptop, even though 3 techs tried to upsale us. Very disappointing employees are told to upscale the buying public.

If you just need a simple laptop at a low price this is a good option. No frills, a little slow, and limited memory but gets the job done.

This laptop is great, except the "A" button gets stuck quite a bit. Nothing that has been told to do to fix it has worked. I also did not realize that it did not have a backlight keyboard. Other than that, great product

You are getting what you paid for. This laptop , I would say is best for people who are barely learning how to use a computer. It runs on decent speed and good enough for both web browsing and word processing. I suggest not storing images or installing games on this laptop coz that would tremendously cut down its memory and slow down the clock speed. Overall its just basic.

Exactly what I needed. A couple years ago I had purchased this same but older model laptop, of which recently I had fumbled with a cup of coffee and dropped coming from the car to indoors. So, I was jazzed to see basically the same system was available and bonus, on sale. It's a highly dependable little laptop. Nice processor, size, and I like I don't need to cloud if I choose not to. I mainly use it for writing and basic web stuff so, yeah it's perfect for my needs.

I was able to grab this budget laptop as a deal of the day. I was not expecting a fancy device, so It does its job (web browsing and document editing). At the beginning I found the machine a little slow, but I noticed it was installing all updates in the background. Now that everything is updated, it is fast and responsive with only 4GB of Ram. The keyboard and the screen are the weakest points of this laptop, but I am connecting it to a 32 inch monitor and I am using a wirelress keyboard and mouse, so I cannot complain. It comes with one year of MS Office 365. It has only 64GB, but you can expand the memory with a SD card. Also, It comes with windows 11 S mode, but you can easily disable this. (If you do not know there are a lot of video tutorials on youtube).

I recently purchased the HP 14" Laptop in the beautiful Snowflake color, and I absolutely love the aesthetic—it gives the device a sleek and stylish touch. In terms of portability, this laptop is lightweight and easy to carry, making it great for on-the-go use. However, I wish I had paid closer attention to the storage and memory specs. With only 64GB of storage and 4GB of memory, I’ve found that I quickly run out of space, even without downloading much. This has made managing files and apps a bit challenging. I may need to invest in a memory card or external storage to help with file storage and make everyday use more seamless. That said, it remains a convenient, compact option for those prioritizing portability and basic computing needs.

I have enjoyed my laptop. Unfortunately, I am unable to use it for my linux class. However, it has been efficient to complete my other grad level cybersecurity hw.

Experience largely depends on what we use the product for. For me, i needed a laptop for my day to day use (mostly net surfing, emails, Zoom etc.) so didn't wanted a high end configuration laptop. The HP model perfectly fit my budget and also scored on styling. While i can live with the 64 gig in built memory, the only improvement could have been slightly better performance. Overall iam satisficed with my purchase

I got this as a Christmas gift for a person who has even less computer skills than me which I didn't think was possible but it's easy to set up does everything that we need it's still working today and I would recommend it first anybody that just needs it to look things up order stuff online to pay your bills that's what I use it for I imagine it's capable of doing many other things but at my age and my computer skills I'm happy I can turn the thing on but as far as I'm concerned it's a it's a really nice computer laptop
