It's a good Laptop computer HP always delivers great computer qualities. The only thing that I thought it's a vey low quality it's because it's built with some kid of plastic and not metal. It's great for its value though.

This laptop is great to start off with especially for student, ive had it for you year and I have not had any issues with it. It is very nice and sleek looking. The price is also awesome! Totally recommend.

I bought this laptop for my "digitally challenged" husband, who only uses the Internet for occasional searches and email. This was a very affordable, easy to use laptop for him. He is happy, so I am happy.

I carry this laptop as a backup for out and about. Works good, love the keyboard, smooth. It is not heavy. Good speakers. Good for the price. Use it for powerpoints presentations, and surfing web.

Starts up super fast and runs without any issues. It is a no frills computer but for great bang for your buck. Only thing I wish that it was capable to connect to 5G wifi. It only connects to 2G on home wifi.

Well, the app screen automatically changed, which, I don't like & my screen locks up after closing a screen. I'm not using microsoft edge b/c the apps I use are not compatible.

I needed something for light computing, like word processing, taking notes, web browsing, etc. Got this for $200 and it was a great deal. Works flawlessly for what I needed it for. Highly recommend.

I needed a "throwaway" computer for guests and friends to use so that they don't screw up my main computer that I use for work. It's great for general purposes such as email or documents but it's not something that I'd recommend for video conferencing or podcasting. This comes shipped in "S" mode which I think is the Windows way of making the laptop work more like a tablet than a computer. So if you need to do some more "technical" work with it such as using the command prompt or you need to go into the system folders, you'll need to go to the Windows store to download the free app that makes the PC usable to the more "technical" user.

Bought this for use with a phone system. Did not need to be anything over the top. Appears to be a basic computer, it has worked well so far for what we need it to do. The price was very good.

I have had it for a couple months now and it works fine for what it is a student needs I also took online clases and it really worked fine. It is fast and have had no problem with it at all

I have started school online this is a great laptop for m basic needs. Awesome for school and price won’t break your pockets I would recommend a wireless mouse m makes the mobility easier.

we bought this for 5th grade online school. It served its purpose wonderfully and is now being used for 6th grade online school. It performs perfectly for its purpose.

I purchased this laptop as an alternate to the Surface Pro while working out of town. The price point was one third the cost of the tablet and only twice the weight when traveling.

Perfect for school work and other basic needs. Lightweight. 10-key number pad would be nice but without it the laptop is smaller, which is good if that's what you're looking for.
