I purchased the HP 15.6” Touch-Screen Laptop (Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD) from Best Buy, and I’m very pleased with my purchase so far. The laptop is fast, responsive, and perfect for both work and personal use. The touch screen is smooth and responsive, making navigation easy. The AMD Ryzen 5 processor combined with 16GB of memory keeps everything running smoothly, whether I’m multitasking between apps or streaming videos. The 256GB SSD makes boot-up and file access really quick. The design is sleek and lightweight, and the silver finish gives it a modern, clean look. Battery life has been reliable for my daily tasks, and setup was quick and simple. I had a great buying experience at the Springfield Best Buy location—friendly and helpful staff who made sure I got exactly what I needed. I needed a new laptop because of the Windows 10 shutdown. I happened to find this one on the DEAL OF THE DAY special at about half price. This laptop is perfect for me. It was easy to set up. The best thing was that it asked me if I wanted to transfer my FAVORITES over from my other computer. I guess that information was saved in the cloud or somewhere. That was perfect because I didn't have to go in and manually put them in myself because I have about 20 saved already. In fact, I was given a list to check and REMOVE the ones I didn't want before it saved the rest. I did have to learn a few things like how to add the pictures from my phone. How to print. I was able to send myself an e-mail of a couple of documents I had in the other laptop, so I didn't have to retype those. I didn't have much to transfer over and the rest I walked away from to start clean on this new one. My only criticism of this laptop is that when I use WORD, I have to watch a commercial every few minutes. If you upgrade and buy whatever it is they are selling at $9.99 a month or yearly, you don't have to be interrupted any more. Naw, I'll watch the commercial. All in all, it's been a great experience. Just like my last two lappys, I've slathered it front and back with stickers. Just don't cover the air holes on the back. This time, flowers. Don't be afraid to personalize your laptop.

great product. It is light and clean and easy to manage. The pickup was with no problem and the computer is exactly as I thought it would be from the internet search. I was not sure what I needed but the description was clear so that I was able to get the computer that fit my needs. I do not care for thic co pilot thing or the ai thing that is plastered all in my face without my permission.

I knocked a star off because of the trackpad, my problem with it is that you cant sit the laptop on your lap and use the trackpad, because the bottom of the laptop pushes up and the trackpad gets stuck when you try to click things, also i think the laptop is entirely plastic if that matters to you. I will mention that I bought this laptop (on sale for $399 + tax) for the sole purpose of playing the sims 4 and I’ll go into DETAIL about that in case thats also your intentions, this laptop most likely will work for whatever your needing, especially if its work on like google docs or spreadsheets. Now about the sims- I have 13 EP’s, 4 GP’s, 15 SP’s, 23 kits, and the free add-ons; downloading all of those and the base game took around 8 hours (i have bad internet though). For the graphics I uploaded a picture of what I have been using, for me it works well, isnt laggy, and looks pretty decent (i will mention the more sims you have in your households, the more laggy it will be). The laptop does get hot after playing the sims for around an hour; i have a fan blowing towards me and the laptop since my room is hot and it seems to be doing fine. : )

So far, I love this laptop!! It even connects to my phone and the screen is huge!!! I was able to purchase some cute accessories/gear to deck mine out!

The best idea was to go online and make a great purchase at a greater price. Online allowed me to take my time, do my researching, and come away with saving hundreds of dollars. Now instead of purchasing a basic computer for my daughter's work toward her associates degree while in high school, I was able to purchase a great computer to last her until college for her bachelor's degree. Best investment!

Bought this for son as replacement to old laptop. Touch screen, size, speed, are all great for his needs. He loves printing photos. I have Best Buy total coverage, so transferring his data from the old laptop was easy! Bought protectors for bottom half.

I love this laptop !!! The loading is super fast and I love the 15.6 inch screen. The touch screen is also very convenient easy to use!

Computer was properly refurbished and works great. Slight issue with its mousepad’s design makes it slightly difficult to use on non-hard surfaces. Sometimes you can click by putting pressure on the bottom of the chassis below the mousepad. Perfect otherwise, not Best Buy’s fault.

Was abow to run a couple games on it. Nothing amazing but not bad at all. The screen isnt really too clear but it is a low resolution as stated. The keys feel very cheap are a not back lit but a aftermarket rubber key mat helps a lot. I got mine on sale so ultimately im haply with my purchase

Laptop works great! I am happy with the purchase except it can’t connect to HP docking station. But overall it is a great laptop with decent price!

I really love my new HP. I started college not too long ago and its literally perfect. The battery life is long so I don't have to worry about it dying on me mid lecture.
