The tablets are easy to use. Able to watch hulu and Netflix. Very fast. Quick internet results. The laptop is great and I am happy I added word and excel so no need to learn new software. I am very satisied.

Purchased a a HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 128GB Solid State Drive because we needed a laptop when we travel and liked the fact that the laptop had a solid state hard drive.

After searching for a low-cost laptop with decent specs, I was really surprised to find this one. While it doesn't have the most memory (8GB RAM & 128GB SSD), it's perfect for my use and has the latest generation Intel i5 processor - which means I should be able to get a solid 3-5 years out of it. Best of all, it's one of the few remaining models that includes an integrated DVD drive. Yes, that may seem antiquated to some. But for those few occasions when I do need a drive, it's right there and saves me from spending another $35-$50 on an external unit. The main drive is only 128GB, but it's an SSD so it boots up almost instantly and provides great performance. Overall, a solid laptop with a beautiful touch screen at a really good price!

This was a birthday/Christmas gift for my 18 year old son. It will help him achieve his college goals this fall. Thanks for a reasonably price computer for my son to start out with his college career!

The solid state drive is really fast and the whole laptop runs so much cooler. Only wish I had bought a bigger drive. I'm halfway filled up already.

I haven't used the laptop much since I bought it. I had to give it to my friend for him to download a few of my necessary programs on to it. But overall I like it especially for the price.

I bought this laptop to replace my 6 yr. old Pavilion laptop which recently chose not to work anymore. I only had this new laptop for a short time...it seemed to work fine; I could access my email and satisfy my social media addiction with no problem. The graphics were great, response was quick and I had no issue with the performance. Ultimately I decided to go with a larger hdd than the 128 ssd that came with this laptop. Also, my dead laptop had a 17'' screen and I just couldn't adjust to the smaller display on this laptop. Other than those personal preferences I would recommend this laptop as a great performer...if you can deal with the relatively small hdd.

This is perfect t and affordable for what I needed. Not doing gaming. Not doing intricate spreadsheets and graphics. Just needed basics. Reasonable price, good quality and functional.

It was easy to set up even for a non techie. I like the fact that you can use the touchscreen if you want and go back to the old fashioned way. So far I like it and would recommend it

This computer is very nice. The computer was very easy to set up. I recommend this product and this is the first computer that I have ever owned that was touch screen and I love it :)

Bought this for my 10 year old son for christmas.he does a lot of homework online for school.pretty simple to set up,once all downloads were done it is pretty awesome.didn't realize it had a DVD slot when I bought it.i was pleasantly surprised. Only issue I had setting it up was that it would not make me go onto any websites.looked on you tube and figured it out.some settings needed to be checked.overall very happy with purchase.son loves it which is important.no issues with wireless mouse either,connected real quick.

Looking for a transitional pc to get by until I could by a MAC and this works great! Very fast startup and love the touchscreen. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I wished it had a backlight on the keyboard. Very nice deal.

The computer is pretty fast for an i5. Unfortunately the flash drive doesn't give much space which is noted on the product page. What they don't tell you is the operating system and Windows 10 updates eat up most if not all of that space. I had problems installing software that would immediately reject it right after the installation. I couldn't even install my DVD burning software which was needed for the internal DVD drive. What good is a DVD writer if you can't install software for it. The computer doesn't come with any software for the DVD writer. It is a basic computer that I would recommend for only online use with storage on external drives or the cloud. I have a cloud account where I save data files, but I needed space on the drive to install the software. This laptop will not install to an external drive. It also had problems with 32-bit software. I returned it to Best Buy and purchased a better one that is Windows 10 friendly without all the limitations. I don't recommend it unless you only surf the internet then save to external drives, or use online software. If you want to install your own software I would find a better computer than this one. There are others available at Best Buy around the same price and offer better features.

I love the laptop and mostly the touch screen aspect is more than enough for me since I don't have external mouse. I will really like to buy the product once again

works as good as expected - was not sure how I was going to like the SSD, but with the external drive I also purchased, saving my work is pretty seamless.

I got my wife this laptop for Christmas and she loves it. We can run multiple windows at one time without the speed slowing down. I'm glad I bought this.

HP computer really addresses my needs of an easy computer to use. Not complicated and simple set up. Great to use for all regular household needs.

I caught this on sale and I would have even paid full price for it! It is amazing and easy to use. Lightweight and has an amazing battery.

Loaded over 600 music CDs (that we haven't listened to in years) to use with sound system. Worked seamlessly. User is technically challenged, but is able now to call up the music he wants to hear easily.
