Overall I like this laptop very much. It has the Intel i7, it has 16GB of memory which is great and 512GB SSD. It is light and has almost everything you need. It would be great if they could add 2 things: 1 - It needs something to indicate the number lock is on. 2 - A backlit keyboard would be great. I would recommend this laptop.

The Spec is ideal for my requirement of operating speed and flexibility. I love everything about this machine including the size, but I do have issue with it coming on S mode which makes hard or impossible to download from open-source software. I guess can't have it both ways. either I have safety or open-source

I am very pleased with the purchase of this product. It has everything I require without paying an excessive amount of money. My previous laptop was an HP as well and I expect the same from this computer with the caveat that it should be even better given the increased speed, storage, and bigger screen size.

This laptop is a decent laptop, the set up was very easy and didn’t take long. It is the appropriate weight for this size laptop. Graphics are ok, but I didn’t buy it for graphics. My biggest frustration is the keyboard is not backlit so if you don’t have. Light close buy you can’t see the keys. For the price that feature should have been there, speed and file storage are good.

yeah it still works. battery had to be replaced once but that’s just how laptops are

I've had no issues even after 18 months, and it performs very good with the big programs I use that require min 16G RAM. Also the touch screen does not "warp" as others I've had in the past. I'd buy another one when needed.

Easily one of the best laptop purchases I’ve ever made! I had a brand new IPad Pro with the Apple Pencil and though I LOVED that, it wasn’t compatible with my work! The large key board, the storage the picture, all of it is amazing!! Very fast, slim and light weight and charges SO fast!!

This laptop was purchased a year ago and it has worked great! All the features work well and I especially like the fast speed and touch screen. The mouse is very sensitive so I’m glad I opted to also purchase a wireless mouse and keyboard combo.

It’s one of the best purchases I ever made. My old one was lagging and didn’t work right and I was dreading get her new ones cause I didn’t wanna make the payments but then I decided to break down and get it and I was happy that I did. It’s so much faster so much easier to use. I’m in love with it.

I’ve had the laptop for about 10 months. Bought it for my data analysis. So far, it has been excellent. Good speed, no hanging. I use excel, sql, and Tableau all open at the same time. Nothing heavy If you’re looking for a home laptop, this is the one.

Sleek and slim laptop. Travels easily. The reason why I purchased this laptop was for the processor. It works pretty good- nice and fast. The only thing I feel like is “cheap”- is the keyboard. Also, if you like the light under the keyboard. This laptop doesn’t have that. It works for what I need to do.

I love this computer. The touchscreen capability makes the use so much easier and streamlines my work. All the innerworkings of the computer are appropriate for my needs, i don't have very much to "save" and i use the computer more for leisure and some work.
