good product, easy to use. set up was simple. larger than my prior laptop, but for how i used, the 10 key is great. The screen quality is good, as pictures and streaming are clear.

Love the big screen and large writing on the keys. Great low price point laptop for entertainment use. Wish the keys were backlit but at this price there weren’t any options.

This computer does all I need it to do because all I use it for is casual reading and looking for items of interest. It is slow to download and is not a gaming computer

I'm approaching 30 days since my purchase. I love the look and feel of my HP 17". However, it runs slow at times and has taken a while to load when starting. I may need to return and/or exchange it. I will continue to monitor for another few days and will provide an update later.

Love the screen size, processor, and storage space, I just wish the keyboard was back lit or the keys more visible (for us that don't see too well).

Good Touchscreen and HD screen for HP i3 laptop. A pretty nice deal if you do not want to spend thousands on an expensive 17 inch Windows touchscreen. Working on various externals, ethernet and HDMI ports, 3 USB ports, and 3.5 plug in for headset. The storage and optical drive is an added bonus as well as the software, do not expect too much for a daily work laptop. The outlook is just fine. Typical HP style.

Had the laptop 1 day and it was moving slow. A piece of crap.

Bought it in 2021 this is still working great no problems and i use it on a daily basis.

I like hp computers but I miss not having a cd rom drive. The laptop works great no problems! ( If you wish to keep your laptop cool and have less noise put it on a bakers cooling rack it will help keep the machine cool and it will last longer).

Great for college student. Price was right. Meet my daughter’s needs for classes.

Overall I'm satisfied with this laptop however it is very slow. I have a 7 year old desktop that powers up faster. I have nothing stored other than photos and office documents. I got the silver color and without good lighting the keys are somewhat difficult to read. For my purposes of email, Office, and general internet it's fine.

So I saw this laptop online and thought, hey that looks good and I went to pick it up but they didn’t have it at my store. Thankfully it was shipped super quick and has been working wonderfully. It was bigger than I thought it would be (truthfully didn’t measure out accurately) so I had to get a lap desk to lay it on because it wobbles on my legs but it’s a great product so far overall!

Kind of early in my use, but hookup and operation has been easy. I've been wanting the larger screen size and had a great chance with this computer. I've had HP before and the brand has been good for me. No CD drive for loading programs was a little disappointing, but it is easy to download programs directly. Enough USB ports for me and good blutooth connection. Very pleased so far ...

this is a very good quality computer for high school kids and college would be perfect for business
