Best Buy does not stand by its mistakes. We purchased an HP 210X cartridge. Best Buy had a sticker on it for the HP 210A Yellow on the box, which is what we needed. Unfortunately, we did not notice Best Buy sent us the incorrect toner (218X) until we tried to use it after the return date expired by a month. Best Buy does not stand behind its products and will not accept the return when it was marked incorrectly by Best Buy. This is very poor customer service. I do not recommend doing business with Best Buy. D
