This was a nice upgrade from my 6 year old Dell desktop. Set-up was pretty straightforward, although there were NO instructions for setting up the stand - a bit of trial and error involved there. The learning curve from Windows 10 to Windows 11 wasn't hard. So far my only criticism is that all the USB ports are on the rear of the 'monitor' and therefore inaccessible for everyday use - who thought that was a good idea?

Although the computer is fine for what I use it for, when I walk away, and it goes to sleep, upon returning it is slow to start back up.

This All In One computer is not only space saving, but it is over and above what we expected. It's speed is fast and viewing on the 27 inch screen is perfect.

Worth the price, fast and responsive on different sites with sound and picture first class. Still learning windows eleven after twenty years using windows ten.

Works very well for my needs. We dont play games or anything. Just normal browsing and printing.

I have been happy with Win 11 and HP all in one. It is fast and compatible with Pinnacle Studio and Photoshop. Got the blue recovery screen once and my support team was not giving necessary walk through advise.

I purchased an all-in-one computer to replace a laptop connected to a monitor. The new device has a 27" screen, which makes viewing small print easy. The operating system is fast, allowing quick start-up and easy access to websites. This all-in-one is a wonderful upgrade and the Geek Squad was very helpful transferring files and installing new apps on it.

I am very pleased with my new computer. Everyone who helped purchase my computer in the Rego Park, Queens store were very helpful. The Geek Squad person was very, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with the entire process.

This HP all in one is a replacement for my original HP all in one that recently received a jolt for a nearby lightning strike I love the LARGER MONITOR, KWICK response and BETTER overall performance of this NEW unit.
