It was clean, fast, and I never had an issue. I would very much recommend their refurbished laptops!

I was extremely impressed with the packaging. The It came vacuum, sealed, and there was no way it could’ve been damaged as far as scratching goes through delivery. I love the security of a fingerprint reader, the touchscreen and the ease of setting up the laptop. I’m coming from iOS and I needed a second laptop with windows, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
