Bought this for my dad, for the price its very good. Runs nice and fast, setup was extremely easy. Literally take it out of the box and plug it in. Father is a casually user needs it for web searching and watch movies, does that no problem. Camera quality isnt bad either, especially for a built in one.

I was really excited to experience the new AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processor in this HP 23.8 inch All-in-One Desktop Next Gen AI PC. I'm happy to say, AMD delivers on a well performing computer bundled into an easy to setup All in One. Unfortunately, the fun stops here with AMD. HP has chosen to put one of the most well rounded CPUs on the market in 2025 into technology that feels about 20 years old and extremely underwhelming. This computer is essentially a monitor, with laptop internals inside, removing the need for a traditional tower. The 23.8" screen, while bigger than a laptop screen, is minuscule in terms of what other monitors are available in the market today. HP also decided to use a 1080p HD LCD in this system. This is about as minimum as anyone would be able to go. With displays hitting 8k now, and the general availability of 4k displays, there is little arguments to be made to continue to manufacture and use 1080p displays in 2025. Not only is this resolution poor, the black levels and clouding you get on this display is abysmal. It's like HP found the cheapest and worst performing LCD that still exists and decided to pair that with the brilliance of AMD's new AI CPUs. It simply doesn't make any sense. Color accuracy is decent, colors appears mostly accurate with little to no manual calibration needed. Moving on to the top of the computer there is a pop up camera. It's nice that HP allows this to hide inside the monitor for privacy sake, or for users who do not need a camera. The video quality on this 1080p camera is also abysmal. Picture is highly grainy in darker lighting and this does absolutely nothing to account for darker rooms. When enough light is present, video is blurry and undefiled. Again, HP chose to use what feels like bare minimum here. This camera does work rather well using Windows Hello to log into the system, beyond basic video chats with friends and family, this is the only other use case for such a poor camera. I would never consider using this at a professional environment. The back of the computer houses yet again, old technology. We have a total of 4 USB A ports. 2 of which are slower 2.0 spec while the other 2 are higher speed, but yet still, USB A. HP has chosen to ONLY include 1 newer USB C port. in 2025, it should have been 4 USB C ports and 1 USB A. Accompanying these ancient USB standards, there is a headphone jack and a ethernet port. Lastly, the power adaptor plugs into the back as well. The entire thing stands on a very odd stand with a layer of grey felt on the top. I thought this was initially packaging material before I realized it was not easily removable and all marketing pictures include this felt piece. Why does this exist? This is only going to absorb dirty and grime overtime and serves literally no purpose. HP bundles a keyboard and mouse with this All in One. Again, bare minimum here too. Both peripherals require batteries., neither are rechargeable. The keyboard is not ergonomic in any way and key travel feels pretty lack luster. I actually had difficulty typing on it. The mouse is also extremely flat with sharp edges making it too, not ergonomic and hard to use. Both of these should be considered trash and replaced with something far better. The only upside to these peripherals is that they are wireless, however, require the use of a included USB A dongle. The only reason to get excited about this computer is the AMD AI 5 340 processor. This thing is super fast and responsive. Being an "AI" processor, this unlocks the AI capabilities of Windows 11, such as recall, image creator tools, advanced CoPilot function, etc. This new processor also includes a Radeon 840M graphics chip which does allow the use of playing some moderate quality games. I was able to run Counter Strike 2 at medium settings hitting about 60 FPS. This CPU comes close to matching other, far more premium computers/laptops on the market today in 2025, making this the sole reason this computer can even compete with anything else. In summary, this is a pretty terrible computer with it's only saving grace being the AMD AI CPU. The rest of it is set nearly in technology dark ages and aside from being a smaller, easy to setup in the corner of a kitchen or bedroom, there isn't much reason to consider this machine. There is better hardware in Chromebooks at even less of an asking price, and for $1,000 there are even significantly better laptops. I fail to see who the audience is for such a machine and really wish HP would have used a little more innovation and modern hardware to accompany the otherwise impressive CPU.

Of the many Best Buy all-in-ones that I've purchased over the years, this one is by far the best. It's fast, it's clean and there are no issues at all. It was missing a driver when it arrived, which cost me a day of work, but a tech at the BB in West Ashley, SC, took care of me lickety-split. It was worth the wait to begin using. I couldn't be happier with the speed and ease, the high-quality graphics and solid sound. Thank you so much.

I bought this desktop a few weeks ago, and it has been amazing so far. The setup was super easy, and the computer started up quickly right out of the box. It runs very smoothly, even when I have multiple windows open for work, streaming, or browsing. The speed is honestly better than I expected. Apps open fast, there’s no lag, and the system stays quiet even when I’m multitasking. The build quality also feels solid and well made—not cheap or fragile like some desktops in this price range. One thing I really appreciate is how stable it is. I use Microsoft Office, email, and several work programs at the same time, and everything runs without freezing. The fan is quiet, and the desktop doesn’t heat up too much. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. If you need a reliable desktop for work, school, or everyday tasks, this one is definitely worth it.

I bought this all in one computer because my old one was a Windows 10 and would not be supported anymore. Set up was somewhat easy. There were a few things I didn't understand but it was a successful setup. Because both of my computers are HP, most of my saved links and passwords were transferred over to my new computer. I'm not sure that I like this because I was going to gift my old computer. Nonetheless, the new computer, windows 11, is faster and the graphics are nicer. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I recently got the HP Copilot+ PC 24" All-in-One, and it’s been a game-changer. The display is large, sharp, and the touch-screen makes navigation super smooth. The adjustable height stand is a small detail, but it makes a big difference for comfort during long study or work sessions. Performance-wise, the AMD Ryzen AI 5 processor with 16GB of DDR5 memory handles multitasking easily—I can run research, video calls, and creative tools at the same time without lag. The 512GB SSD gives plenty of fast storage. I especially like the clean design; it looks modern on my desk and takes up less space than a traditional desktop setup. Perfect balance of style and functionality. Would I recommend this? Absolutely—especially for students and professionals who need power, efficiency, and a reliable machine for both work and personal use.

I have found this HP - Copilot+ PC - 24" Full HD Touch-Screen All-In-One Computer to be money well spent as my unit is a Best Buy Open Box product in excellent condition. This computer more than meets my daily needs and I find the display quality to be top notch at this price point. I have canceled out the built-in speakers by adding a pair of Logitech speakers to increase the sound quality and I also found the included wireless keyboard and mouse to be less than user friendly, I have opted to use a different wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. There were months spent comparing different makes and models and at the end of my search I considered this system to be a solid performer. I recommend that you consider this system if you are looking for budget friendly and space saving desktop.

The new system is faster and easier to use. It was also easy to install. Geek Squad again helped with the transfer of files from my old system, and they stood-by with expert advice as I installed the new system.

This HP Copolit+ PC has carved a unique space for itself in my home, feeling less like a traditional computer and more like an active, functional part of my environment. The touchscreen display is key to this feeling. I find myself using it for so many little tasks throughout my day, especially when I’m moving around the house and don’t want to interrupt what I’m doing to sit down at my main desk. It's incredibly convenient for quick look-ups or interactions. It's great as a media controller; it's often playing music or podcasts for me while I'm cooking, cleaning, or exercising. My only real dilemma is deciding exactly where it should live, because its versatility means it could play a central role in several different rooms. What surprised me most is its portability for something that’s an "all-in-one." It’s lightweight enough that it can travel with me, which has been incredibly handy for the trivia quizzes I host. I use it as a display to allow people to sign in or sign up, and it’s also served as a reliable backup display when a venue doesn't have a projector or monitor. It’s not a huge device, but having it readily available for those situations has proven to be very practical. The only real detractor is that I’m not entirely sold on the Copilot/AI companion functionality. I want to be clear that I’m not an AI skeptic; I use several LLM tools regularly for both work and hobbies. But I just haven't quite clicked with the AI integration on this machine. It feels like I need to dedicate time to truly learn and train myself to make the most of it, and at this stage of the product lifecycle, that’s not something I’m eager to do. There are clearly many thoughtful design choices made for this integration, so I feel like I might be leaving some of the computer’s best potential on the table by not fully engaging with it. Despite those current reservations, it's an exceptionally useful and versatile addition to my tech arsenal. If you're looking for a flexible device that bridges the gap between a laptop and a desktop, serving as a dynamic hub for various household tasks and even light travel, this HP Copilot+ PC is definitely worth considering.

I bought this pc after shopping for one for awhile. My old pc was outdated and slow. The recommendation from the salesperson at my Best Buy was excellent. I have enjoyed the features and the setup for this pc was easy and transferring files and pictures from the old pc was easy using a backup device. Connecting to my printer was also easy with just a few clicks. I highly recommend this for those of us who are less tech savvy and want to get rid of the wire clutter from the old pc.

I'm enjoying the new PC. My former product had become slower than molasses! LOL the speed is good, and the screen is almost like having a double one. The portable keyboard and mouse make navigation easy. Initially a few times when I would have the computer on and step away, I had to unplug and then plug back in to continue to use the computer. Hopefully that's stopped. This device also has the storage I needed. Be sure to check this when you make a new purchase. I'm enjoying this process and the visibility with the all-in-one also helps when working around limited space. Great product

This HP Copilot+ 24” All-in-One has been a great addition to our home. It’s fast, reliable, and super convenient having everything built into one clean setup with the adjustable height and touch screen. My 10-year-old son absolutely loves it for gaming—it runs smoothly and handles his games without lag, which keeps him happy and entertained. The display is bright and responsive, so everything looks crisp and engaging. For me, it’s been just as useful for my side hustle. I use it for designing sublimation prints, and it handles design software really well. Multitasking is easy, and I haven’t experienced slowdowns even when working on multiple projects. Overall, it’s a solid all-in-one PC that works great for both productivity and entertainment. Definitely a good choice for families who want something versatile and dependable.
