Have always liked HP. Particularly like the 17" screen for older eyes. Easy to set up and pick up where I left off from my older computer. Also enjoying the back lit keyboard.

I bought my new HP envy about a month ago. It replaced a laptop that I had for 5 yrs. Every time I used my old laptop, I got so stressed out! It was so slow! I was so happy when I turned on my new laptop and it took seconds to boot up, not minutes! I edit photos with Lightroom and PS, so I needed something that would give me enough storage and speed. The HP Envy is such a good choice! Glad I did my homework before setting out to buy a new Laptop! The salesmen at BB really helped also!

So far I like it very much. I've had it for not quite a month. I like the Envy better than the Pavilion I had before. Much faster, and I like the lighted keyboard .

I absolutely love everything about this computer with one minor issues. The screen is great. I am 61, my eyes are starting to give me trouble and I am taking grad school classes. This big screen with touch allows me to travel and not have to lug around a second monitor. However- The DVD player stinks. I took one back after it didn’t work. The second one was sketchy in performance also. There is lots of data on line about how bad that assessory is. .

The in store associate was so knowledgeable on all the products and really helped me to narrow down which laptop would be best for my business. This laptop has tons of storage and its so fast. The keys are very easy to type on with a full size and numbers off to the side were a must for me. I opted for the large screen which is touch screen. I wasn't sure if I would use the touch screen but I find it very helpful when needing to zoom in on certain things and its useful when browsing. Overall very pleased with this model and would definitely recommend!

I recently changed laptops, going with an HP Envy with 17" screen. This is my work computer, so I really count on it on a daily basis. The picture quality, speed and overall quality of the computer is really top-notch. Additionally, this is my first computer with a solid state hard drive, and after using this for a few weeks, I would never go back. Much quicker to load up programs! I am very pleased with the unit and recommend it to anyone!

My outdated computer still worked, but was very slow. I couldn't believe how fast this one is and I really like the touch screen.

Disappointed in that we were told that a second drive can be added. Purchased a SSD to install a few days later, after all our data was migrated and then the Geek Squad told us that there is no option for a second drive.

Fast. Great keyboard touch. Especially like larger screen. Not used to touch screen. No light for NUM lock. Styling, color, slimness are pluses for design features.

This laptop is replacing my 6-year old HP Desktop. The storage and speed are amazing. The best by far is the brilliance of the display screen with such vivid, rich colors. It boots up in a few seconds and shuts down just as quickly. I really don't use the screen touch feature, since I prefer the built-in touchpad and my favorite mouse, but every once and a while the screen touch is great at transitioning me quickly to where I need to go next. I love my Envy laptop!

I bought this laptop specifically for business presentations, and its 18” screen is perfect for the task—bright, excellent FHD resolution and includes a fully functional dvd drive. Downsides? The Best Buy version only has 12 Gig RAM. I bought more RAM separately and the Geeks upgraded it to 16 Gig for free, with my service contract. It claims having premium B&O speakers, but they stunk. Consequently, I got a pair of Bose laptop speakers at Best Buy and they make a great presentation-quality combination.

I love that you can touch the screen or use your mouse on this computer! The screen gives a sharp image and is really fast!

Love the screen on this ! Large. Clear. The touchscreen is flawless (so far!) Very fast and user friendly. Downside? Heavy!

Fast, stylish and 17" screen. What's not to love? Mostly used for Office programs and web surfing,,,not a gamer.

Probably the easiest start up of new laptop ever. Love the screen size and clarity. Only one improvement I could suggest - The backlighting on the keyboard is not bright enough. Can't find any options in Settings to make them brighter. Only really helpful in total darkness. My last Envy had great backlighting for the keys and that really helped me in low light situations.

Fast & efficient. Little heavy, compared to most new laptops. Nice design & all the features we were looking for.

This laptop is fast and has a good display. Ease of use is good. The thing I don't like and never have is the large quantity of HP programs that are installed on the computer. I find they slow down the computer by causing programs to run poorly. They also increase the number of HP ads I get. I normally uninstall most of the HP utilities that come with the computer.

Great computer! Easy to setup and use! No issues after a year. The larger screen is awesome!

Is great as a laptop but as powerful as a desktop with large screen.
