The computer is great! I have been using daily to work since 8/2024. The computer is fast, I love the touch screen so I can sign document easily and capacity is what i needed. I Have another the envy x360 at home. Totally recommended!

Super slick - very fast, looks good, sound great!, lightweight, great screen, nice feeling keys. We love the fingerprint sensor and the fact that is folds into 'tablet mode'. The only challenge is that we haven't been able to get the webcam to work with Windows Hello.

I’m very happy with my HP ENVY. It’s compact, light and fast enough to handle any sort of my multitasking needs with various programs. It also seems to be built well and is very durable due to it being metal and not plastic. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a higher performance compact laptop.

Good product for a cheap, school-use laptop. It’s fast and easy to use. Relatively light weight. I use it strictly for work/ school and it gets the job done. Two issues I’ve had in the year since I’ve purchased it: 1. Screen broke after falling from about a foot off the ground on to tile… less than a week after purchase. Needless to say, BUY THE WARRANTY. I did not so it was very expensive to fix, even after finding someone local to do it (BestBuy will up charge you). After replacing it, the clips that hold the screen in didn’t do their job so the screen actually fell out of the laptop when I opened it one day (I didn’t know that could happen either). I took it back to the repair place and they refixed it and I haven’t had an issue since (fingers crossed). Needless to say, it’s a fragile laptop so be very careful when handling it. 2. More importantly, 11 months in to having this laptop the touchpad began to not align with the screen. I called HP support (the device came with a one year warranty) and they ran a ton of diagnostics with everything coming back clear. Eventually they had to delete everything saved on my laptop and restart it completely. It seems to have helped, but I still notice the problem intermittently.

I love this laptop honestly the best for its price. It is perfect for graphic design with the feature of being able to fold in half into a tablet with touch screen capabilities it is great the battery life on it was a-lot better than I expected and it comes in 2 screen sizes I got the smaller one because it fit my needs better the internal storage could’ve been better but that’s an easy fix with a external hard drive it also has a usb-c port which I love since apple just switched over

This is my second HP Envy, the first is going on 7 years and still running fantastic, just wanted to downsize to a more compact size at 14" compared to the first one that was 17." Sound quality and backlit keyboard are great as well. This device has great speed and is easy to navigate. You won't regret picking this computer.

Height preformance, very light laptop. I am pretty surprised how much ports it has regarding how small it is. So satisfied with my purchase The customer service where professional and very kind. They helpted me place my order made sure to take a good care for me. The prices are always the best at bestbuy.

I absolutely love this computer! I upgraded my 2016 model HP x360, and am so happy. It's super fast and I can have multiple tabs open at once. I'm a full time college student and needed something extremely fast with a lot of storage and this laptop does the job. Highly recommend!

I have been involved with the computer world since the 1960s, when adding punch cards to the “mainframe” at Ford Motor Company. I must say that today’s technology is head and shoulders above those past decades. I recently wanted a newer computer and decided to stop at the Best Buys near my home in Johns Creek, GA. I had no idea what the more current PC are capable of now, my previous PC is 3 years old but not quite as advanced that my HP Envy x360. The technology team at the Best Buy helped me bridge the barriers that come from really ignoring the advances in PCs and Laptops until a few weeks ago. That team helped my decide on the HP Envy but, more importantly, they assisted my cross the technology barrier created when I didn’t keep up with what is now available. That technology team truly were gracious, patient, and truly kind to this “Old Vietnam Veteran.” I approached them three of four times with questions to help me 'come up to speed with this newer 'stuff'. Thank you, folks, for your kindnesses!!!!

Pros: not too big and not too small for classroom use, has enough storage space for everyday use especially if you’re using M360, processor is fast enough for what a student needs. Geek Squad warranty is decently priced. Cons: If you’re a engineering major, gaming or running serious graphics software this isn’t your laptop.

Amazing laptop. I wanted to get a laptop to for college classes and it hasn’t disappointed me. Great size, good screen quality, really fast, and just checks all my marks when I was looking for a decently priced laptop with good specs. Very happy with my purchase!

I’ve been using the MacBook Air since 2011, I’ve loved how light, compact and fast it had always been. I needed a newer and windows based computer for work and school. I came across this one after researching and I heve been loving it. It’s small, but mighty! Perfect for my needs right now.

Very manageable and easy to work. Not heavy and very fast. Love the silver and easy to add your devices. One issue is the battery doesn’t last as much as it did once I bought other than that I was happy with it

I'm really enjoying this PC for daily use and tasks. I use it for my business to create invoices, make payments, and set up schedules. its lightweight enough to cary around every day. the batery life is good and you dont always have to have it plugged in.
