    Set up instructions included with the product were not easy to follow. More detail is needed I had to google the printer to find the website to download the drivers. The plastic parts seem very breakable, not the same quality as my original HP printer,

    Excellent value for a simple printer. I'm not impressed with the two-sided printing function, though. However, you will get plenty of copies with this black/white printer and the toner is much less expensive.

    I was not given correct information regarding the need for additional ink. Also, the salesperson checking me out was having trouble with the register. It appeared that he was not comfortable with it. He had to enter my sale three times before it was correct.
