I purchased this printer for my wife who needed it for her studies. The all-in-one printer is really big so there needs to be consideration for space when purchasing this printer. Otherwise setup was very easy and downloading the basic drivers from the hp site was painless. (I recommend the basic drivers versus the bloated full driver which is not needed unless you want to slow down your computer). The speed of the printer is okay which is normal for inkjets. I do love the ease of installing the print cartridges and paper stopper is actually strong. Not a cheap plastic flap that moves to easily.

The printer was easy to set up and works perfectly, bigger than I expected, so reserve a good chunk of space for it. HP has a new monthly payment plan for ink for some printers, including this one, that made it really worth to have bought it, I'll pay 5 dollars a month for the ink, which is awesome.

A great printer at a great price. Works fast, great color and efficient. I like the thought of the inexpensive toners as I have not replaced them yet but bout the printer only 2 months ago. Overall is respond to my needs

This printer exceeded my expectations. It uses minimal ink and being a couponer and business owner, I print alot! And we can print from our phones!!! (Iphone and Galaxy4)

I purchased this printer as a replacement for an HP Photosmart C410A which had a damaged printer head. This printer was on sale for the price of the print head replacement. So far it is an excellent quality printer.

I bought this printer as s Black Friday deal, and I definitely got a bargain. The print quality is good, and it does double-sided copies. I gave it 4 stars because the cartridges were a little difficult to install, and it took a few times to connect it wirelessly.

A slight upgrade from my last HP printer. Fast with great color. Love that it uses minimum ink ank ink is waterproof in seconds. A large unit but worth the space.

This thing is awesome. Prints really fast. Easy to set up wireless printing. Great quality color and bland and whites. You can even email it something to print and it prints the body of the email. Outstanding printer.

I really ability to print via in house network. HP WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING MY 3 COMPUTERS AND SMART PHONES SET UP VIA SUPPORT FROM ENGLISH SPEAKING PHILIPINO's.

It is a good printer for home or office. It has very good print quality, fax and scanner options easy to use. Easy setup. The only reason this printer didn't get 5 stars from me was the screen size to me they could have made it a little bigger like the older model.

Easy to setup on all my devices and computers. I am trying the ink deal that is automatically sent to you when you need it not sure if it is going to be cost effect but reviews I read seem to think it is a good deal.

We had a previous officejet that did not play nicely with Win 8. This one hasn't had any problems with win 7 or 8 and has done everything we have needed it do to - plus the printing is much crisper than our older unit.

Bought this printer for home use upgrading from an old HP 4385. Set up was easy as you just follow the directions in the box. Set up two Mac Book Pros and two work PCs. You will have to get admin rights for your work PC if your company is concerned about you adding personal programs to your work computer. Computer prints wirelessly from anywhere in the house and I can also print from my iPad. Very pleased!

Bought this HP Model 8610e based on satisfaction with prior Model 8600 All-in-One for second office location. Has essentially same features except the scanner page orientation has been changed 180 degrees on the glass. Still not pleased with feature of 8600 that printing will cease if any one of the 4 ink cartridges runs out of ink. Do not know if 8610e has this same feature. I like physical access to the printer heads for mechanical cleaning, if needed or for replacement if badly gummed up. Price was not a significant factor (although purchased on sale), rather availability at local retail outlet, features, and reliability of prior HP All-in-One units for >10 years were primary factors. The issues of whether HP ink cartridges last longer, cost more or less, and/or are more/less inclined to gum up the printer heads over time compared to alternative ink cartridges by other vendors remains to be determined.

I love this printer. I have a small consulting business and it handles all my printing and faxing needs with no problem. It's fairly fast and I never have paper jams. Even get acceptable usage of ink cartridges.

this printer was very easy to install didn't need the instructions to put it together but everything it say it does it do great for students,work and personal use

I'm very happy with my purchase of the all in one printer. I can print anything from my phone or laptop from halfway across the house. Prints quickly and clearly.

This printers not as stylish as my old 8600 but they fixed the slaking feeder cover and that's what broke and made me have to get new printer. Wk slower than the 8600 but seam more reliable. Good printer for the price

Best printer for the price I paid, has everything you need, double sided printing and fast print. It was on sale for 99.00 and it came with a 30.00 gift card so I only paid 69.00 dollar for this amazing printer.
