The printer was easy to set up and to connect to my network. It was also easy to connect the printer to all my household devices wirelessly. The only detriment so far is I have to remove the copy paper and insert the photo paper if I want to print a photo. The paper tray in other printers had room for the copy paper and the photo paper at the same time.

This printer has all the features I wanted, print, fax, etc. It functions very well as a fax machine and the quality of the copies that I print are excellent. It can be a bit balky with respect to wireless connection, but that is rare.

I have had this unit a few weeks now and it works great, online/wireless/ and from mobile!

This printer has it all! Scan, copy, print, etc. Wifi, NFC, Remote printing, etc. It is maybe a little too big for home but I didn't care about that because I really liked the reviews from Consumer Reports. It was really easy to set up by just following the front panel. I would totally recommend this printer.

HP makes setup a snap. Have always been disappointed when I’ve tried another brand (just for a change). Always come back to HP.

Upgraded from 8110. Can handle all size paper and wireless a must and connects easily to phone iPads etc

Purchased this printer for my wife. She does a lot of school work. She wanted a printer that was fast and reliable. Also likes the ability to print on both sides of the paper at the same time. Saves time and paper. Thank you Best Buy for having qualified team members to help me with my printer selection.

ok , big& bulky.seems to work ok .uSES A LOT OF INK, SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO FEED MY 5TH HP PROBABLY THE LAST................

The printer is easy to use! It's prints fast and quality is great! Also, you can have the ink auto ordered. The printer is touch screen and it's simple to use. If you are looking for fast and quality printing, this printer will provide for you. It's prints faster than the earlier models to me.

Before purchasing this printer, I did my research because I needed it for a small business. Not only has it surpassed what I needed, it has improved how I do my work. Scanning is amazing, print color for graphics is top. Definitely not changing to any other printer, and I highly recommend it.

After some set up glitches in not finding the right address to connect to, its been a breeze. as good as anything i've used in a real office. Fast and crisp and clear and clean. LOVE IT. it is LARGE tho. haven't yet tested scanning or set up mobile printing tho.

This printer produces quality prints in color and black & white. It can be a little slow to process the print job, but once it starts printing it is very fast! It is very easy to use and we love the info. that the display screen provides. I also love how nicely the paper stacks when printed. No more pages flying onto the floor.

We needed to replace an all in one printer and found Best Buy had this one on sale. The installation was super easy, and the printer software guided me through every step. I've got this running via USB on one computer and via wireless on two others. Fast printer and easy to use and deploy.

Got this to replace my prior HP printer which stopped printer colors after six years. So far I am very happy with this new model. It prints much faster than my prior one. It's kinda bulky, so make sure you have plenty of space for it... Love that it has a legal size flatbed for scanning.

I had to replace an OfficeJet printer due to a locked up print cartridge carrier. Saw this one on sale. It appeared to do everything the one I was replacing. had done. Unpacking took a bit due to the blue tape and plastic coverings. Made sure all the packing material is removed. Plugged it in and inserted the ink cartridges. Of course they aren't the same as used in the old printer and of course I just bought replacements. Such is life. Setup was a breeze. Put the CD in the PC and followed instructions. Driver in and everything works wirelessly.. New features I didn't know I would be getting is the duplex scanning. The old printer could print duplex but not scan duplex. This one can. This one will copy duplex and allow you to make multiple copies. Slick. When I scanned with the old printer it would go to a flash drive with a file name of Scanxxx.pdf. It would increment xxx by 1. Now I can name the file being created on the flash drive. Just a few of the new features for me. Love them.

I have had no issue with it staying connected to the wireless. Never had success with other printers in the past. The print is sharp and defined and the colors are great. Haven't tried photo paper yet. It is very noisy when it prints which is kind of startling but all appears to work well.

This HP Office Jet Pro 8720 is a great all in one printer, scanner and fax for a home office. This is my third HP printer of this type in the last 10 years. They function well, are fast and the quality is really good. In addition they are easy to install and use.
