I bought the Officejet 8750 and have not been able to get the wireless working. I careful followed the instructions when installing it. It indicated that the printer was ready to print. But when I tried to print, it showed that it printed but no printout went to the printer. I have been in contact with HP Tech support for several hours trying to get it working to no avail. It appears the drivers for Windows 10 is not working. I like everything I've read about it, and I like the look and feel of the display but until I get it working I can't say. I have reloaded the software 5 times from the hp website. The Tech support people have not been able to resolve this issue yet. I am being patient with them b/c I really want to keep this printer based on what I have read about it. Is anyone using Windows 10 having any problems installing this printer??? I will still recommend it to others.

This printer is fast and efficient. It scans much quicker than my previous HP OfficeJet 3520 and also can do large size documents. I'm not sure the HP Instant Ink program is really worth it, so be careful for that when you install the printer, but they do offer a three month free trial which is nice. This printer works well wirelessly with both my HP desktop and my MacBook via AirDrop printing.

Unlike my previous printer which was hard to tie into my newer router/wifi, this printer easily connected. I haven't had any issues like the other two yet knock on wood. Based on what I've went thru between my old and new printer, I'm going to suggest to the other two reviewers to test a newer router to see if their luck is any better

This printer is a very poor excuse for a quality printer in all regards. The print quality is low overall and photo printing is horrible. The printer places printer items face down in the tray causing smudges in the ink and the rollers cause evenly spaced lines in the photos, especially at the bottom of the photos. The ad shows copies face up in the tray but this is not the case. I have been an HP fan for years and still use my old All-In-One HP printer which is over 10 years old now. It has developed a self-feed issue with multiple sheets and print cartridges are hard to find and expensive now but it still prints quality photos and paper items. I hope HP comes out with a better printer before my old one plays out but this one certainly isn't it! Returned for refund.

The price of the larger and fastest Office Jet printers is so reasonable that it's easier to replace your existing HP printer for a faster and more feature rich printer. This white model looks good with my iMac which is cool for the office decor. If you have the space you can't go wrong with this HP printer for your home office.

Just got mine today and it only took a few minutes to set up on Windows 10. I had a little trouble with streaks in photo prints but called HP support and resolved the problem quickly. Text quality is exceptional and much better than my Epson WF-4630. It is a little different in that you can't place a piece of photo paper on top of a stack of regular paper in the tray to print a photo. You have to remove all regular paper and put the single piece of photo paper in the tray. Photo quality is then very good. I had two Epson WF-4630 printers and the print heads failed after about a year. I hope this one does better. I am also trying the InstantInk program which looks pretty good from a cost standpoint and the printer actually contacts HP and orders the ink automatically . . . . pretty slick! The only negative was that it was difficult to figure out where to call for support.

I've had multiple HP printers for years. I had to take my last printer (8600 series) in to Best Buy due to some element was not working and found they couldn't/would't replace a part (was under warranty). So I went with this upgrade model. My major problem is the paper jams. I've had more paper jams with this machine than any other. The paper appears to be feeding sideways. As noted by someone else, the machine is not light and trying to turn it around to get to the back to un-jam it is a problem (don't have a lot of space to move it in either). Followed all the prompts multiple times (printer nicely displays all the steps to take and has video to take you through the steps) and jams again and again. I will take it in to Geek Squad to see if they can fix it, but that's a "heavy" hassle. Will post update after my trip GS tomorrow (today is a holiday).

I've spent several days now trying to get something to work. Like the previous reviewer, I can get it to print out a test page, and from that point on it "can't connect". I did one time actually print out a long document. Came back an hour later and "can't conntect". Wouldn't even let me delete the printer. tried lots of different drivers, tried wireless only. tried usb only. got a 32-bit print driver error on the USB stuff. wirelessly, it never acknowledges my wireless network is connected to the internet, so it gives up. I ran the scan and fix doctor about 10 times. totally useless. this should be simple as pie. apparently no testing on this particular model. By the way, I upgraded to windows 10, hoping that would fix the problem. No chance. Same problem. By the way, this front loader is really really loud. I guess I'm going to have to return it. I don't actually think that this works for anyone at all. But I've been surprised before. HP usually is good. But...

I've had this for a little over a year and it still works great, people reviewed this product as loud but its not as loud as expected or at least nothing to complain about

Really easy to connect, fast and with good colors. You can get the ink program (this printer qualify for it) and the deal is perfect.

Easy setup and excellent wireless capabilities. HP Support helped us download drivers to connect windows and mac computers to the printer. Touch screen is a great feature.

After ATT and HP pointed fingers for a week at each other, we exchanged the printer, still had problems. Finally had to connect with Ethernet cable, this is our 3rd HP printer and have never had so much trouble. It would connect for a few minutes, then go offline according to the computer. The printer kept saying it was connected. There has to be some issue with the wireless connectivity. I'm okay with the hard wire, but this issue should be addressed. Love the design.

Bought this for a home printer to replace an old HP printer, the old one had great print quality but this one is better and faster, also scanner works great(software is not the best but ok)

This printer does a poor job with card stock. We make a lot of greeting cards and have to remove all but about a dozen sheets of printer paper before the card stock paper will be grabbed. On our old HP Office Jet Pro we could just put the card stock on top of the paper in the tray. It also does not pick up the card stock if all of the paper is taken out of the tray. The other thing that we do not like is that we need to use an App called Scan and Capture to do scans. Our old HP Office jet pro had an application called the Solution Center that was much more user friendly for scanning. Other than those two issues, it is a good printer.

Bought it for my office. Simple to use, color is great, speed is OK (faster would be preferred, but at that price, cannot complain). Great value.

Purchased the HP Officejet 8720 printer. Works GREAT for my small office very fast and clear prints. Very good value

Absolutely the noisiest printer ever made! I cannot carry on a conversation in the same room with it. After 3½ months of ownership, I can't wait for this printer to wear out so I can replace it! Plus, it's an ink hog! And HP's ink is very expensive. It seems that there is no aftermarket ink available for this model yet. Though other HP's have served me well in the past, there is no way that I would recommend this model.

Purchased this for my office and it works great after getting it set up. May be a tad big, but just what I needed.

This printer works great, it has a lot of features and prints fast. HP instant ink is great, too.

Top of the line printer and it is living up to that. It's got all the features i need.
