I do a lot of printing great for the office love the way it ordered its own ink

Great printer, easy to use, self explanatory, large window! highly recommend

Very lightweight and easy to handle. Easy switch over of lenses. Pictures are very sharp and clear.

I liked my Office Jet Pro 8600 plus better, but they don't make it any more. The 8600 Office Jet Pro Plus was smoother, quieter and slightly faster. The 8720 is noisy and rough when it prints, and doesn't seem to print as fast as the 8600 Plus, but the print quality is good. It's good for a home office.

Easy to Assemble; Easy to use! You can literally print from anywhere that has internet. I love the HP delivery service that I subscribed to with the purchase. You never have to worry about whether. You are running out of ink again!

It's a quick printer with great ink quality on the page both color and B&W. The display is large, clear and angled correctly to be easily read when seated. I appreciate that. The other features -- fax, scan and copy also perform as HP promises in their description. I am very happy with this all-in-one. I do recommend you measure for its "footprint" or you be surprised by its size.

I have had this printer for about 2 months, but so far have not had any problems with it. I like that I can do two sided printing with it, can fax, copy, and print. It is relatively fast and so far has not had jamming episodes that accompany other printer companies

The 8720 is a quick and efficient printer with numerous applications, but it does take a larger foot print than other printers and it is loud when operating. Ink consumption has proven to be a bit better than previous HPs I've owned and the standard paper capacity (250 sheets) is above average.

Easy to set up and worked first try. So far printing has been high quality.

I bought this "wireless" printer for my wife's new home office and the printer and scanner work like a charm. Only problem is the wireless connection gets dropped any time the printer goes to sleep. We already had HP tell us once it was a unique problem and they sent us a brand new printer they "tested" and took the "defective" printer back. Yet we hooked up the newly "tested" printer and still have the same problem. I fixed it by buying a cable to connect it directly to the computer, but it makes the printer worthless when it comes to being "wireless." I give 3 stars only because it does print and scan very well and quickly.

I had a bit of an emergency and had to replace my printer quickly, so I picked this HP and we love it. It is a little big for our space, but it works flawlessly. The fax even works with our Magic Jack phone! Easy set up, too.

This printer was easy to set up - automatically connecting to the two computers we use and with on screen instructions easy to follow. The quality of the print is very good, and the price of the unit is very attractive. Great machine for the price!

Good color, good copy, clear and fast. met all CR ratings. easy interactive and set up instructions. Did have a small problem with wifi, but HP tech straightened it out in minutes. HP tech very easy to contact and speak with an agent in a timely manner

Understanding this product is advertised for small business, I have found it to be an awesome product for anyone who wants to print/copy/scan document quickly. I had a smaller home printer that printed way too slow and seemed to jam due to how slow it printed. I have had no issues with jamming. Trying to figure out how to set up the scan to email was difficult and turned to YouTube. 4 stars due to that issue.

This printer is exactly what we needed for our home office. While it is large, it prints fast and clear every time. Set up was a breeze and I joined the ink program which is super cost effective for me. Best printer we've ever owned by far.

Printer come in either black or white. We ended up taking the white, but had to be ordered. Prints fairly good text. Haven't tried any photos as of yet. Printer is large, so if you have a a big surface or desk to put it on that's great. But will not fit on a Shelf

Love the printer. easy to setup. Great features. I would recommend it.

It does most things graduate students will need to succeed in school.
