It's a great printer. Efficient! Has wireless capabilities! Very good on ink! It's a little noisey and struggles to print card stock at times but it definitely gets the job done! I would recommend this product.

This printer was easy to connect to my computers and the quality of print is excellent and response is quick. I purchased the extra paper tray and it connected easily.

Makes great copies, love the size and it prints fast. It is sort of like a laser copier but no laser. Fax works great and the scanner does a terrific job.

We returned another brand printer that we we're very unhappy with. The HP rep was at the store and recommended this printer for our needs as we do a lot of printing. We also signed up for the ink program and so far we are quite pleased with the printer and the ink program.

Printer was easy to set up and came with full ink cartridge! Does everything, scans, copies, fax. Print is high quality. Would recommend for a home office. Well worth the money.

Love using the app on the store iPad and it is compatible with all our iPhones and Macs. Works quickly, efficiently, and I love how it works so fluently.

I love the ease of set up, but it is a little on the big side. I also don’t like the default duplex print setting. It took a minute to figure that out.

Set up was easy. Printer connected wirelessly to all devices with no issues. Prints very fast and with the ink program, buying ink should save quite a bit of money over the course of the year.

I was replacing another HP office jet printer. This one is so much better than the other one. Easier to use and copies are clear. Easy to use for scanning documents too.

Nice HP officeJet Pro. It works really fast and up to now it has been very reliable. Nice price at Best Buy.

This hopefully is my best printer purchase yet. Ao far so good, I love it. Very easy to set up, fast speed. The only draw back is its size, but it is very efficient.

I needed a new fax and was also interested in a better faster autofeed scanner. This does so much more. It is so much faster than my last one. There is an app to print pictures or documents remotely by email which I think will be great for personal and business use. Just 2 things to know. HP has a ink program which also seems great so don't buy extra ink and if you have any kind of fax that is not analog you need a filter. I had to make 3 trips to the store and speak with tech support to get it up and going but am definitely happy with it now. Didn't know they even made them this good!

Great Printer. Provides the ability to print from phone, tablet, computer. So all devices are covered. Also has double sided, b/w. Fax, Scanner, copier.

+ It was easy to setup + Wifi printing from my phone works well - It's a little beefy in size - Ink is a little $$. Recommend getting an ink plan with BB if you print a lot with it

Extremely large, poor instruction manual, dismal setup guidance. Can do 2 sided printing, nice touchscreen for controls, large paper tray, large flatbed for scanning. Negatives: Noisy, Too large - takes up a lot of space, Poor quality for printing pictures, Would like an extra paper tray, Online information - bad. Still trying to figure out what is to be plugged in where. Had HP printers for decades and liked them a lot - this one not so much!

Works great prince beautiful and very easy to set up also it's very nice the papers when you're printing do not go flying everywhere they stay inside on a tray

This is my 2nd HP printer, my first one lasted for over 10 years! This one is easy to use, prints and scans quickly, and copies look great. I'd buy it again.

Love it. Easy to use. I don’t use the fax feature but scanning& printing is so easy. Love the HP Ink service too.

Printer has been working fine since we installed it. Access to info on HP website has so far solved my problem of a paper jam and also how to print an envelope (you actually have to take paper out of tray and adjust size settings, load envelope, then change settings on front screen - lot of steps for just one envelope). Being able to scan items directly to the computer (no USB transfer) is an improvement over our old model.

print resolution is excellent, quite fast and has not jammed in the first month; nice product; only downside is that it is a big unit
