Easy to use with bright monitor and long battery life.

So far my new HP Omnibook X Laptop has been operating perfectly. I had to purchase the HP G5 docking station in order to use my 2 external monitors. I’m using this computer mainly as a personal computer so its capabilities are overkill. All and all, I like the 17.3 inch display and the speed (16 GB). Not sure if this can be fixed but I’m not thrilled with the ads that keep popping up.

The laptop speed is quick. I enjoy the 17.3" touch screen for my research purposes. It makes documents easier to see with the little extra inches of screen on old documents. Also the quality of the color has stellar clarity. I have enjoyed using my laptop and it has been the right choice for my purposes that I use my laptop.

After much review of functionality, this laptop choice was absolutely the right one for me. From its screen clarity, to the keyboard layout and the numerical keypad, this laptop is a wonderful companion for professional work and leisure computer activities. I recommend it highly and the price is very reasonable as well.

I love this laptop! For anyone considering using this as a multifunctional machine, I can attest to the gaming capabilities: I play Cyberpunk 2077 on this on Ultra and I could probably tweak it a little lower to make it run smoother but I haven't had any issues. I also play Outerworlds I and II on this and they struggle a bit more but with adjusting the graphics settings to more midrange I don't have many complaints. I already owned a cooling pad and I think that definitely helps when I'm gaming for hours. My main use for this laptop is schoolwork. Works just fine with word processors and any applications I've used. The big screen is amazing for split screen while watching a lecture and using OneNote to take lecture notes. Watching videos or movies on here is also really nice. The screen is beautiful and actually what drew me away from the gaming laptop I was set on when I looked at models in store; the glass makes it appear extra clear and bright and I have no complaints about the resolution. The speakers aren't anything to write home about but they do go up to a decent volume. The keyboard (which I was honestly a little apprehensive about with the flush keys as far as being able to type quickly) feels nice and is functional, and is optionally backlit albeit only in white. I don't use the touchscreen at all and for a laptop that doesn't flip out I have no idea how it would be useful but it is a functional feature. The battery seems good. I really haven't timed how long I get out of a charge when gaming since I game from home and just plug back in when it gets low, but it's definitely at least 4 hours. Schoolwork-wise I haven't tested the limits, but the battery drains pretty slowly when I'm doing low demand tasks. I got this laptop for about half off, and I couldn't be happier with it.

Love the 17.3" size. Don't love the keyboard, but maybe all laptops are like this? The keys seem too flat overall and somewhat slippery, and I can barely feel the space between them. I don't know if it's normal, but when I turn off the computer, I wait for the on/off light to go out, then I close the lid. When I next open the lid, the on/off light comes on automatically and the computer starts up on its own. Have no issues at all with the operation. It's plenty fast for my home use. The display is excellent on the factory setting, but I increased the display to 125%, so some instances are not quite as crisp. That said, I do recommend it for anyone wanting a 17" laptop.

We got this laptop as an alternative to a desktop for a small business. So far, it was easy to set up, even bluetooth-connect to several devises and printer has been reliable. The screen is ample and bright, and the information processing has been satisfactory. I would highly recommend it as of now.

I am fascinated with this laptop. It's light, fast, beautiful. It's an amazing tool for work. Price was very reasonable.

The laptop we ended up with, the HP-OmniBook X 17.3", is really a great laptop. We love the large screen, the ease of use and the graphics.

Nice laptop! I like the metal shell versus a plastic shell. The ease in setup was absolutely appreciated. My old settings synced seamlessly to the new laptop. The option to sync my iPhone to it is an especially nice feature. It is lightning fast and very user friendly.
