Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very happy with the purchase. Nice screen size, quick and easy, very clear display.

While saying goodbye to our old computer and large tower, it is a much cleaner way to go with less wires and worries with a simple lap top. Adding a wireless keyboard and mouse helps with mobility with the flatter keyboard in a lap top, but everyone has their own preferences. So far we are pleased with the fit, the clean look and usage.

Very pleased with purchased. Fast, clear and easy to setup and get started.

Nice laptop! I like the metal shell versus a plastic shell. The ease in setup was absolutely appreciated. My old settings synced seamlessly to the new laptop. The option to sync my iPhone to it is an especially nice feature. It is lightning fast and very user friendly.

Super fast, great sized screen. Great for on the go type of person.

I'm so thrilled to own this HP - OmniBook X! Easy to use and incredibly fast! Best Buy employees were very helpful and patient as I was trying to decide. I'm so happy I decided on this product with the assistance of the great teamR!

I love this laptop! For anyone considering using this as a multifunctional machine, I can attest to the gaming capabilities: I play Cyberpunk 2077 on this on Ultra and I could probably tweak it a little lower to make it run smoother but I haven't had any issues. I also play Outerworlds I and II on this and they struggle a bit more but with adjusting the graphics settings to more midrange I don't have many complaints. I already owned a cooling pad and I think that definitely helps when I'm gaming for hours. My main use for this laptop is schoolwork. Works just fine with word processors and any applications I've used. The big screen is amazing for split screen while watching a lecture and using OneNote to take lecture notes. Watching videos or movies on here is also really nice. The screen is beautiful and actually what drew me away from the gaming laptop I was set on when I looked at models in store; the glass makes it appear extra clear and bright and I have no complaints about the resolution. The speakers aren't anything to write home about but they do go up to a decent volume. The keyboard (which I was honestly a little apprehensive about with the flush keys as far as being able to type quickly) feels nice and is functional, and is optionally backlit albeit only in white. I don't use the touchscreen at all and for a laptop that doesn't flip out I have no idea how it would be useful but it is a functional feature. The battery seems good. I really haven't timed how long I get out of a charge when gaming since I game from home and just plug back in when it gets low, but it's definitely at least 4 hours. Schoolwork-wise I haven't tested the limits, but the battery drains pretty slowly when I'm doing low demand tasks. I got this laptop for about half off, and I couldn't be happier with it.

I love this computer! It’s been treating me really well. The screen size is well worth it for me and the family. The option for the touch screen has been super helpful . But I’m pretty simple so so I’m satisfied.

Love the large screen and all of the features that come with it including being able to cover the camera when you don’t need to use it

Computer is very fast, lightweigt and great for watching on demand movies

love the size and speed. Bought upon retirement and will use as a HDTV when my wife and I are travelling. A little heavy but a backpack has become a must anyway. Price drop after I bought was handled seamlessly by BB and a credit was issued.

Excellent 17 inch laptop. Long battery life, the Core Ultra 7 processor is future proof. I'm not a gamer but need a larger screen. Two USB-C and 3 USB-B inputs make it easy to copy files to flash and external hard drives.

Nice computer, big screen, works very fast and the battery life is excellent.

I purchased this laptop at Best Buy, and both the store service and the product exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions, and the laptop works perfectly—fast, reliable, and with all the features I needed. I highly recommend Best Buy for anyone looking for great service and quality products.

its sleek, unique, magnificent, handy and perfect.

Every so often, a device comes along that redefines what a computer can be. The HP - OmniBook X - Copilot+ PC - 17.3" Full HD Touch-Screen Laptop is exactly that kind of machine. It’s not just a laptop; it’s a portal to a new way of working, creating, and connecting, all powered by a revolutionary AI architecture. Design and Display: A Feast for the Senses The first thing that strikes you about the OmniBook X is its stunning 17.3-inch Full HD display. It’s a truly expansive canvas that brings movies to life and makes multitasking a dream. With the crisp, vibrant colors and edge-to-edge glass, every image feels immersive. The touch-screen functionality is incredibly responsive, adding a new layer of intuitive interaction. Whether you're swiping through documents, pinching to zoom on a photo, or using gestures to navigate, the touch screen feels natural and precise. Despite its large screen, the laptop boasts a sleek and premium design, featuring an elegant metal chassis that feels solid and well-built.

Very nice laptop! It is fairly light for a 17”+ and is very quick. I have it hooked up to 2 other monitors and the picture looks great! I would definitely buy another HP again for me and my family

I originally went in the store looking to upgrade my 14 inch hp! . Fell in love with how vibrant this is and the touchscreen, huge screen and omg how could I forget about the TB this is the perfect upgrade

I love the large screen and clean lines of the keyboard. The speed of the computer is excellent and helps me to quickly sign into my zoom art classes. It is fairly light weight and this helps me carry it with me to various venues.

So far so good, it does the job for medium work load for my school. Battery seems holding so far (of course it’s new) efficient processor with no lag. Weight is a little issue but workable. Lets see if this model will keep on pace. It’s been almost a month sinced I purchased it and it’s been smooth so far.
