I have only had this about two weeks, so I can't give it 5 stars yet. Geek Squad set it up properly. I have successfully attached a big screen, DVD/CD drive, and camera to it. So far I am very happy with this purchase.

I was lead to believe that the processor on this would work much better than it actually does. I’ve also had a lot of background issues, and it has force reset itself once, even though it’s only a couple months old. Sound is good though, as is the screen quality.

I have been using HP products last 20 years and appreciate all new designs with updates.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been one of the most frustrating laptop purchases I've ever made. I bought this HP OmniBook X for nursing school and expected a reliable computer for exams, assignments, online learning, and everyday use. Instead, I've experienced ongoing problems with freezing, crashing, connectivity issues, and overall performance. The laptop frequently becomes unresponsive, freezes during normal tasks, and sometimes requires me to wait for it to recover or restart it completely. I've also had repeated issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks. There have been times when my laptop struggled to connect while my iPhone connected instantly to the exact same network, which tells me the problem is not the network itself. What has been most disappointing is that these issues affect important school activities. I've had trouble accessing websites, opening links, and using online school services. During an exam, I had to rely on my phone's hotspot because I could not depend on the laptop's connection. I've also experienced problems using my school's mobile printing system, where links and pages fail to load correctly even though the same services work on my other devices. The most frustrating part is that my previous laptop, an older Lenovo that cost less than this computer, was significantly more reliable. I upgraded expecting better performance and stability, but my experience has been the exact opposite. For a laptop that is only a few months old, I should not be dealing with freezing, crashing, connectivity problems, and constant troubleshooting. I need a computer that works when I need it, especially as a student. Unfortunately, this laptop has not delivered the reliability I expected, and I regret purchasing it.

This was a great purchase. Perfect computer for a good price. Meets our needs and I love that the keyboard flips back to make it a tablet. The touchscreen is very responsive and the system is fast. Not using it for gaming.
