I wasn't sure what PC is best for a mandatory W11 upgrade and HP gets mixed reviews. Based on Best Buy sale price I stopped in and the sales person knew PCs and specific info on products returned. She gave my wife and I a strong level of comfort in various areas of concern. The help from Best Buy's sales person and the power of HP and AMD Ryzen is a winner. I, as most, detest W11 flaws and after using this for it's required need it now has multiple heavy duty apps running and running fast and smooth. HP and Best Buy's service are above average.

Excellent product, the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had with Best Buy. The product was shipped as an “excellent open-box” item, described as like new with no dents or missing parts. However, the tower was placed loosely in a large box and delivered to the wrong home. While the computer functions perfectly, it arrived with visible dents and scratches, and the computer mouse was missing. Thankfully, the system works great and I purchased an extended warranty, so I’m covered. That said, I will not have open-box items shipped again from Best Buy. In the future, I’ll only purchase open-box products in store so I can inspect them in person. Aside from the shipping and condition issues, everything else has been fine.

Works as intended, I have been using mine for gaming, and it is great! Very easy to set up, and makes very little noise! Very low price for something that can run perfectly for modded games.

I like how quiet it is and lightweight with a slim design.

I was originally going to buy directly from H/P Website. But had to do a bank transfer in order to by the H/P Website Computer (it was a Ryzen 5) The bank transfer took 24 hours. Next day I checked the H/P Website and the price had increased over $200. I did a search using the "Omnidesk" as a search word and Best Buy was selling this Omnidesk which is a more powerful computer for only $40 more than the original price of the Ryzen 5 I had been originally looking at on H/P Website, this Omnidesk Ryzen 7 Now has been registered, Updated, has had Norton installed and my personal files from my Old Computer transferred to this Omnidesk. It's been operating very nicely.

My new HP OmniDesk is a real winner in my opinion. I have not purchased a new desktop in over 10 years! Yes, I have been on the road as a traveling sales leader and that being so, needed something powerful and mobile as I went from the US to England, Malta, and Europe. The laptop served me well. Now that I am in a more stationary position and not traveling, I decided a new desktop would be in order. Little did I know that DT computers have grown by leaps and bounds since I last had one. They are able to fit more technology, better technology, in a smaller formfactor and still keep it running cool and without errors. I laughed when I lifted this thing out of the box when it arrived thinking it would be like my old DT which was like lifting a boat anchor!! This thing could be thrown like a lightweight box!! I will say that I immediately worried about the weight. It was so light I thought I might not have any components installed! Amazing what we have done with technology. I then connected and turned on...and again, surprised...thinking loading would be done by DVD rom...oh wait, no internal DVD rom to mess with. Once on, it literally almost fully connected to everything. Once I added the connection to my WIFI, it took me to the welcome screen and proceeded to download EVERYTHING it needed to update the BIOS/HP Software/Windows updates, etc...it then told me it would take about an hour to update and restart. Oh this also included the AOC Monitor and HP Printer updated drivers and info from their sites. Finally, it completed its tasks quickly and now I have a fully functioning desktop unit that I think is the greatest purchase I have made in the last 2 years!! Highly recommend this HP. Great quality!

This computer was purchased as an upgrade from another HP computer. I was happy with the previous computer but due to hardware limitations I was forced to upgrade in order to be able to run Windows 11. I have been pleased with the upgrade. The speed is good as well as the amount of memory this unit has.

The Omnidesk computer has been great and suits my needs. Plenty fast and reliable for my needs which my online salesperson was very helpful to lead me to the computer that best suits me.

This tower is an upgrade from my previous one and it is terrific! Easy to use, doesn’t take up much space on my working area. I have been very impressed by HP products previously and this one does not disappoint.

So far I am loving my new tower. It's fast and quiet, I have no complaints. So glad I upgraded since my old tower no longer supported the new Windows 11.

I've owned this desktop since August 2025. Great performance - I run it with a Netgear Orbi Wi-fi system and Canon laserjet printer and compatibility is excellent. Any questions I've had about Windows or set-ups that weren't covered in the manual can be easily answered by CoPilot or one of the AI bots (sorry BB tech guys...). Very satisfied with the purchase and the price I paid at BB.

as described, does what I want quickly, no problems. Faster than one I replaced and more memory. Just use at home for usual stuff so not sure how gaming would work. I am very pleased with keyboard and mouse as well. All in all very good purchase.

It works great and is very quiet. Attractive outer cabinet.

The HP OmniDesk Desktop AMD Ryzen 7 8700G 2024 with 16GB DDR5 Memory and 1TB SSD is a great buy for anyone looking for an affordable desktop with plenty of memory and storage. This computer is a great home computer for accomplishing numerous task i.e. doing taxes, working with Adobe PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, etc.

Love this PC and it has enough memory for what I need it for and the slim design is nice
