Customer Ratings & Reviews

I got this computer on a whim because my last one started going out. This computer runs so much better than my last one! It has a great amount of storage and is perfect for gaming.

I have been very impressed with this unit. Especially the wireless keyboard and mouse. It is comparably small and light weigh for a desk computer. It set up quickly and easily, and works well. I just wish I knew more about Windows 11 or at least where to find more information on how to use it most effectively.

Excellent computer. Easy to set up and use. Large storage for all my files and pictures. Very compact and attractive. Reasonable price. Exactly what I was looking for.

Have only had this computer for a few weeks. Replaced a much older model that was slow and incompatible with Windows 11. So far, so good. Very fast and quiet. Definitely would recommend this computer.

Fast and easy to set up, nice and slim. Good color and great storage. Does not lag and runs great

So far it works great & have had no problems with it, east of set up & use is so simple for anyone to use anymore.

I've been using my HP Pavilion p7-1254 Desktop since 2012. The HP Omni Desktop is a huge improvement from Desktop I just traded in - The Omni is smaller and lighter, which I like, and it's faster. Thank you for your help in selecting the computer that fit my needs and budget.

I purchased this desktop to replace my 7 plus year old laptop with an intel i5 processor. I use the to pay bills a minor web surfing. So its kind of an overkill, but I wanted something that if needed could also had the capacity to do other things if needed, like becore an office computer for a home buisness. Thos computer specs can do that easy with its ram size, storage space and processing power.

Much faster than the 10- year-old processor it replaced. It has been a struggle to get everything just like we want it. Still having some issues with finding all our files. This is a home computer and we are not using it all day every day.

This computer was purchased as an upgrade from another HP computer. I was happy with the previous computer but due to hardware limitations I was forced to upgrade in order to be able to run Windows 11. I have been pleased with the upgrade. The speed is good as well as the amount of memory this unit has.

This computer works great! Tons of memory, and the navigation on all the different platforms is easy. It's all that and more from what I have experienced with HP products!!

Works as intended, I have been using mine for gaming, and it is great! Very easy to set up, and makes very little noise! Very low price for something that can run perfectly for modded games.

It works great and is very quiet. Attractive outer cabinet.

It a very nice computer, very fast moderate sized. It was EZ to setup but One drive started automatically, Not Good, don't like not having a choice during setup. As I never use one drive I didn't like it and had installs sent to it, a mess to undo. Why have 1 terabyte SSD and install to one drive, want my stuff on my computer. Other then that it's a very nice and good working computer, fast starting, wish DVD drives could be installed or available directly from HP, a good price point also

I bought this computer because it was highly rated. Turns out it is an awesome computer....crazy fast. More than meets my needs. Would recommend to family or a friend.

Very fast and good size for a desktop. No peripherals other than tons of USB ports but that commonpl these days.

This was definitely an upgrade for me! My old PC was 9 yrs old. So I'm learning as i go with Windows 11. The computer itself is beautiful and much smaller than my old one.

Excellent product, the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had with Best Buy. The product was shipped as an “excellent open-box” item, described as like new with no dents or missing parts. However, the tower was placed loosely in a large box and delivered to the wrong home. While the computer functions perfectly, it arrived with visible dents and scratches, and the computer mouse was missing. Thankfully, the system works great and I purchased an extended warranty, so I’m covered. That said, I will not have open-box items shipped again from Best Buy. In the future, I’ll only purchase open-box products in store so I can inspect them in person. Aside from the shipping and condition issues, everything else has been fine.

as described, does what I want quickly, no problems. Faster than one I replaced and more memory. Just use at home for usual stuff so not sure how gaming would work. I am very pleased with keyboard and mouse as well. All in all very good purchase.

This tower is an upgrade from my previous one and it is terrific! Easy to use, doesn’t take up much space on my working area. I have been very impressed by HP products previously and this one does not disappoint.
