Customer Ratings & Reviews

Nice computer but won’t wake from sleep mode. Need to unplug the computer from power and restart.

Overall, it's a good computer. Still have to add RAM though.

Exactly as advertised. It is a good computer for a good price.

I'm giving this computer tower 4 stars. It was a good value for the cost

Not sure if it is the computer or Windows 11 or a combination of the two, but the shut-down doesn't always work, the file manager stalls constantly and is really slow. I am having to spend a lot of time on forums and so far nothing has helped.

Not as fast as I expected. I purchased it for work after researching different brands but this one it’s as fast as promised

good solid machine with plenty of power for my uses

I had to return it. The thing froze up on the Microsoft login page. I tried every type of hard start and overide tricks in the book. Nothing. But, Best Buy made the return easy and now i got a Dell that is as smooth as eggs.

I bought it open box excellent condition. Unfortunately it had display issues and nothing would show up.

Much better than that when I had wyche had just the computer screen with the modem in it. It was awful this one much better I’ve had haven’t had any issues with it.

Working very well. Easy to setup. Works well with an antiquated sound system.

I got this computer to meet QFH job requirements. It is More that what was expected.

This will do for what I paid for, I don't expect to get very much out of it, but it's better than nothing.
