The HP - OmniDesk Desktop - Intel Core Ultra 7 - 16GB DDR5 Memory - 1TB SSD - Dark Wood is a powerful desktop PC with AI tech and a unique woodgrain exterior. This PC has plenty of power to handle your everyday computing tasks with ease. The Intel Core Ultra 7, 16GB DDR5 Memory and 1TB SSD will make tasks like web browsing, editing photos, working on a spreadsheet or Word document a fast and responsive experience! The PC is a small form factor and quite light, so it will fit equally as well on the top of the desk where you can show off the woodgrain exterior of the front case. The system comes with plenty of modern ports with a total of 6 various high speed USB ports right on the front and more in back. A 3.5mm headphone jack is conveniently placed on the front as well. Here is the list: 2 USB Type-A (5Gbps signaling rate), 2 USB Type-A (10Gbps signaling rate), 1 USB Type-C (5Gbps signaling rate), 1 USB Type-C (10Gbps signaling rate), 4 USB 2.0 Type-A, 1 Headphone/microphone combo, 1 RJ-45, 1 HDMI Out, 1 DisplayPort 1.4 The 1 HDMI Out and 1 DisplayPort 1.4 should allow you to connect 2 monitors without needing a dedicated graphics card added. The CPU has a pretty large cooling fan on it but the system runs real quiet. It performed really well in the CPU benchmarks I performed on it. The 1 TB SSD performed well as well. The integrated Intel graphics on the Intel Core Ultra 7 chip do great job handling multiple desktop applications smoothly and will even handle some gaming reasonably well for older titles or modern titles with the resolution and gfx options adjusted down. Games like World of Warcraft run fine as well as games like Tomb Raider, Crash Bandicoot, and 2D game titles, so you can do some gaming without having to buy a dedicated graphics card right away if you're more of a casual gamer and don't require massive amounts of gfx power for the games you like. I was able to play Fortnite with reasonable FPS with the graphics options turned down a bit. Still looked decent! You can add a dedicated graphics card but you'll most likely need to also upgrade the PSU because it's only 280 watts, depending on what card you might add. The inside of the PC is very clean and minimalistic. Some expansion options inside with one additional RAM slot for adding additional DDR5 memory, a gfx card expansion slot, and ports for adding additional hard drives, although there aren't brackets to mount them to as far as I can tell. The system comes with a power cable, a wireless keyboard and mouse. The keyboard is decent and is a slim form factor. Wasn't sure if I'd like it, but it grew on me pretty quick. The mouse is very basic but works fine. Took me a while to figure out how to install the included batteries into the mouse! You have to lift off the entire top of the mouse including the mouse buttons lol This was NOT obvious and I'm sure will leave a few people scratching their heads with the same question. The system has a built-in NPU capable of 13 TOPS for running AI applications like Co-Pilot locally if you want to, Wi-fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and 5.1 Surround Sound. There doesn't seem to be much included bloatware on the system which is nice. It comes with McAfee antivirus and a 3 month Microsoft Game Pass redeem for free. This would make a great PC for someone with limited space (students), someone who wants an aesthetically pleasing PC that sits out on display, or someone that needs a trusty day-to-day PC that can also run some casual games. Windows 11 runs smooth as ice on this PC should last for years to come.

Setup was a breeze. Allow about 25 minutes for setup and the necessary updates (you will also need to go to Windows Update). The included keyboard is okay and has a Copilot key. The mouse really lags. I just used one of mine. And the case is mostly made from recycled metals and plastics. Storage is 1 TB and 16GB DDR5 memory. Nowadays 32GB would be better but the 16GB works well and is upgradeable. I like the Intel processors and the Ultra 7 265, 2.4 GHz is really fast for every day use. Gaming was a little slow. My son is a better gamer so we tested some of his favorites and for multi-play action games it can be a little slow. It does have Wi-Fi 6E capability and a Bluetooth 5.3 wireless card. I love all of the ports. Multiple USB-A and USB-C, headphone jack, RJ-45, etc… Located on the front and back for ease of use. Configured to hook up 2 monitors and running Windows 11. The AI component could be useful but it isn’t quite there yet. Maybe future updates? This system wasn’t really built for expansion. You can upgrade the memory but not much else. Still it is fast and great for at home business use and light gaming.

I really like the look of the desktop. The brown contrasting with the black box looks upscale. The different inputs on the front positioned vertically saves on visual clutter and makes the look more appealing. There is zero noise from the desktop and works beautifully. Finally have a desktop more compact and not massive. The desktop sits next to monitor on table using as a desk and takes up less room which really helps with looking less cluttered. So far, I have not found one thing I dislike about the desktop.

This HP desktop computer was a pleasant surprise. It is ⅓ the size, weight and price of my HP OMEN computer, yet has most of the same features and is even faster in some respects. It weighs 13 pounds, has 16 GB of RAM memory and a 1 T SSD with total storage capacity of 1024 GB. There is 1 display port, 1 HDMI and 10 USB ports of various configurations in addition to connections for headphones and speakers. I was glad to see that there was a display port because the HDMI port on my monitor quit working some time ago and I’m connecting it using the display port. The initial set up was unexpectedly easy. I disconnected the cords and dongles from my current PC and inserted them in the new HP PC and everything worked immediately - including my mouse and keyboard. This is the first HP computer I’ve set up where I didn’t need to use a wired mouse and keyboard until I could connect a wireless version in settings. I have a drawer full of HP wired mouse and wired keyboards that I didn’t use, one because they were wired and two because they were flimsy. The keyboard that came with this PC is very substantial and easy to type on. It’s flatter than I’m used to, but I can type on it without making mistakes and I am very happy with it. The computer set up went fairly smoothly. It found my router quickly but had trouble with the password (that didn’t show). I finally had to press the button on the router to connect that way. Later when I came to a password that did show, I discovered that it was because the computer had turned the keyboard Num Lock off. It did that one more time in the setup process. It did take a long time to download and install updates and then it took a while to work through all the Microsoft stuff I didn’t want. Another new thing was that it gave me the option to choose Google as my search engine instead of Bing. That did bring in my Gmail and some past version of my favorites, but even though I use Google Password Manager, none of my passwords synced. I had to install Chrome to get those back. The printers connected quickly without any intervention on the actual printer. So far, it seems much faster than the OMEN computer at everyday tasks. Maybe it’s because the Omen’s forte is gaming. The woodgrain front is a little retro. It reminds me of the wood grain contact paper from the 1980s. It might appeal more to someone from that generation. All in all I would highly recommend this HP desktop computer.

I'm very pleased with my new computer it boots up very smoothly it's whisper quiet it is significantly faster than my old dual processor Dell in the top it all along it's a very pleasant wood finish I think the best thing about it is it has two racks of USBs one in the back and one in the front room for everything FYI Nate internet chip is super much more responsive than my old one and yes I haven't changed my internet service at all. I’m extremely happy with the HP OmniDesk Desktop – Intel Core Ultra 7 265 (2025). It’s fast, reliable and handles everything I need without any lag. The 16GB DDR5 memory and 1TB SSD make a huge difference in performance programs open quickly and multitasking is smooth. I also love the Dark Wood design, which looks modern and stylish compared to typical desktops. It blends nicely with my workspace and doesn’t feel bulky at all. Setup was simple and everything was up and running in minutes. Overall this is a powerful and well-designed desktop that’s perfect for everyday use, work or entertainment. I'm happy with the purchase. PC is quiet and fast. Setup took some time with updates. I couldn't access the PC until all the updates were done. I would've liked to look at the system before the updates were completed. No matter, it's faster than I thought. I have two other 15-month-old HP desktops with Win11 and the latest I7 processors. One is an OMEN. They run fine too. I would've liked room for a second SSD. Oh well. All my PCs are backed up on a 3tb external drive. Ease of use was four stars. The keyboard is just OK.

Fast processor, smooth wireless keyboard and mouse. Plenty of storage on this desktop with a smaller footprint. This has the new Intel Core Ultra 7 processor which is an upgrade over my previous Dell. My Best Buy transaction was smooth and all my questions were answered. The unit was even on sale.

Liked everything so far, works great, starts within 1 minute, still have a lot to explore and check it’s compatibility, I really like the wood look, makes no sound at all when running, I thought there was a built in speaker but seems it does not, I use it at home for basic home use for my kids assignments or projects for school and playing games

Started a new remote job. My laptop was not cutting it. Bought this desktop and it has been terrific. Much more reliable than the laptop and able to hold so much more. Speed is great and I have connected 3 screens. Great purchase!

Pulled it out of the box, hooked it up and received an error message. Best Buy made the exchanged easy and I left the store with a new one in 10 minutes. Very Happy With This One! Fast, quiet and I like the look of it. Using it multiple ways and everything is working very well.

A very good computer, does everything I need it to and more. I appreciate its small size, as my work space isn't very big. I also appreciate its quietness. The fan noise is almost nonexistent. Its a good and solid machine.
