i recently purchased this laptop and from the time i opened it up its been smooth and everything runs great. the screen is pretty good for only being 2 k. i mainly use it for work purposes but i do play games here and there and it runs pretty smoothly. overall good laptop

I wanted a laptop that had a bigger screen with the power to develop and run software as well as the ability to doing some gaming. Not the biggest gamer [yet] but I didn't want to break the bank. This was perfect. True gamers might need some extra memory but has what I need.

I game, and use my computer for my business (reselling). I run multiple bots and have games running in the background no problem, i even upgraded to 32gb of ram for that extra power.

High value product for the price I have a gaming pc but needed a non Mac computer to take with me when I’m on the move and this one was perfect didn’t have an Alienware budget but this turns out to be the next best thing

gets the job done for school and has a good amount of power for any editing software such as photoshop and fl studios! only complaint is super bad battery life, but i knew that before buying so cant really be mad at it!

I really like this laptop- quality for a great price. The camera is great, no need for an external camera. The keyboard is high quality as well. The battery is powerful- I can use the computer for well over an hour without charging. It’s also ridiculously fast. Highly recommend!

During the pandemic there has been less laptop choices in store. The Best Buy rep was able to direct me towards this device which turned out to be a pretty good buy. Although I wasn't in the market for a gaming computer this works very well for the type of computing I need to get done.

I purchased an HP Pavilion Gaming laptop for my 12 year old grandson for his July 4th birthday. He was using his dad's Asus laptop to play games, and it froze up frequently. He has put the HP through its paces and it has performed beautifully.

Runs Most Games Very Well On High Graphics. Highly Recommend It For Everyday Use And Gaming. Fan Blows Hot From The Back Near The Hinge But Not Too Bad If You Don't Place It On Your Legs Directly. Right Side Of The Keyboard Gets Hot By The NumPad But Not Too UnBearable.

I'm not a hard core gamer. I really just play Fortnite. I was dealing with a 5 year old laptop before this one. It is a night and day experience. The HP is so fast for all of my day-to-day tasks. Fortnite works like a dream. I'm very satisfied with this laptop.

Plays most games that are before 2019.... newer games it strugles alittle bit. But for the most part it good for 1080p gaming and everyday use.

You can definitely run COD:Coldwar&Warzone on this. However if you’re looking to play Arma 3 on a laptop, mind as well get a desktop instead. Laptops arent it for Sandbox games. This laptop does run smoothly for many other games on steam.

Great budget gaming laptop, while it has (i assume) 512gb of storage in a SSD you can also add in a 2.5 hard drive, easy to open and upgrade its SSD, hardrive, and RAM. Sound quality is pretty good, the screen itself is 1080P but very good.

THIS LAPTOP is terrific for the money. I bought three of these for my three boys and they love it. Its a very budget type gaming laptop with decent specs and above average performance. Only downfall is to have more Memory and ability to change the lights on keyboard.

Got this for my future son-in-law who is a gamer and on a budget. He is very impressed with the processing speed and graphics. No issues so far. You can spend more for something higher end but if you are a serious gamer on a budget this deserves a serious look.

Bought this for my gf but i decided to take it for a test drive, great gaming laptop for the price, runs everything in 1080p at 60fps+ On high settings. Only thing i would recommend or a con is that it only comes with 8gb of ram so pick up another stick of 8gb :)

Im a gamer and i know laptop's cpu and gpu can't be upgraded so for $899. You'll get fast avergae cpu clocks at 4.25ghz while playing. Keep in mind, this has 1660ti max q. About 10% less vs desktop 1660ti. It's still good enough for high 144hz(which this laptop supports) as long as you keep settings on medium if you want to play competitive. I still give it a 5star despite arrow keys being smaller. We use wsad for games anyway. But if you use the arrows keys often, then get a different laptop. Bit again for the price plus a good gaming cpu and gpu and 144hz 3ms display. Seems im keeping it.

My boyfriend needed a gaming computer at a decent price point to run his collection of primarily indie titles. This computer has had no issue with any game he has loaded up thus far, but I do anticipate that it would have trouble running some bigger titles on higher quality settings. This is not an issue for our situation as he typically opts for PS4, but wanted this device both for work and play. I think this would be an above-average entry-level gaming laptop for most users when purchased on a sale or as a refurb. We do not mind, but some may like to be aware that the fans can be load. We have mitigated this by using a laptop stand to improve circulation.

Love this laptop so much! Really satisfied with the performance. Got it on sale with a really really unbelievable price considering the specs it comes with.

Bought this for my 13 year old daughter for pc gaming. It was a great price for a stater gaming pc. Shes has no complaints about it's functionality.
