Had to upgrade ram 8 isn't enough. But other than that this has been one of the greatest purchase I have ever made. I get like 90 fps in cod high setting and with the 144hz I can see all of them. Buttery smooth! I came from console and geez what people say is true, high refresh gaming is amazing! If you get this laptop you won't be disappointed. Also I did the pickup in store they had it ready immediately and It took a minute for me to get it and get out. Great service!

I got this to be a mild gaming laptop, I had a Lenovo laptop prior that was a few years old that had started to have issues. I was not sure of what to think of the I5 on this but this is a fast machine. The SSD drive and that extra fast memory makes it an awesome machine. I have not run into anything that does not work with it yet. The only items that I feel could be fixed are the power cable goes in at that far left back corner and I am often finding it pulls out to easily if moving around, but small deal. The other item is that it can get a bit loud when running intense games but I have had worse machines that does this and it is not that often. Bottom line it the machine is physically comfortable to use, love the greenlight backlit keyboard, shaped really wel with the diamond edge cut, perfect screen size.

I'm really pleased and happy with this laptop! I mainly purchased this for college when I go back in autumn and thought that being able to play games with good performance in my down time would be a huge bonus. I thought if it doesn't run that great I'll still have a laptop for school and other fun things outside of gaming. Thankfully, it runs better than expected! Games like Holdfast: Nations at War, where there are 150 players on one server, runs greatly and with no downgrading of the graphics. I know some might say that using a PC would be much better to experience PC gaming, but for someone who needs or just likes the portability of a laptop then you can't go wrong with this one. Plus, the green is a great touch and looks awesome!

we needed a new laptop to replace our 10 year old model. This one is exactly what we wanted, fast action and a great picture on the screen. We heartily recommend this computer to anyone, young or old, gamer or not

Got this for school and classes and it works amazingly fast! It’s fast and the picture is super clear and detailed. My only concern is the battery life. Doesn’t seem to least very long.

Already I have used my computer to download steam and a fair amount of games to play on it. It runs efficiently, is incredibly user friendly, and was a fair price for what I was looking for. Highly recommended for casual gamers like myself.

If you are looking for a Laptop that you can get on and it just work out of the box, this is it. I turned it on, installed COD Blackops cold war, and poof it run really well. with further adjustment, i put all settings on low and medium and i was able to run at most 110 FPS. The scree has a great refresh and response rate. and as a Laptop, its great. to use it as a PC sub or to hook to an external monitor. i would just make sure to keep it 1080P. anything more will choke it on games. Build quality is good but the key board feels a bit soft. and if it wasn't an open box, i wouldn't have chose the green look. It definitely needs an upgrade on memory and storage. but if you can work that in your budget, this is definitely a solid budget machine.

I got this computer for my daughter and she loves it. It plays all her games and even her oculus quest works on there. The battery life doesn't last long though when playing games you need to keep it plugged in.

It amazing the speed with which this computer starts up, runs, and shuts down. I am a busy professional with many activities outside my job function where I need my personal computer to work for me and this is just that!

Very fast and looks nice. The only thing I don’t like is that they backlit keyboard won’t stay lit after about 20 seconds. You have to retap a key for it to light again.

Great computer, I needed it for my home office and although its bigger than the newer laptops it does have 10-key keyboard which was important for me. It works great so far, I have had it for about one month.

I've had this laptop for almost a year now and its great. I mostly play the sims 4 but can easily run the game with almost every pack and mods.

I love his laptop playing every game smoothly as hell it’s got the 1660 TI so it just rocks at everything this laptop will be in my possession for another 4-5 years before I upgrade but perfect for on the go

Excellent performance, fans do get loud when performing multiple tasks or gaming. Noticed one dead pixel on the screen. The keyboard layout and feel are among the best I've felt on a laptop.

Bought this for my daughter as a birthday gift she uses it every single day. Sometimes it does warm up the surface but it does have a cooling fan. She just uses it sometimes excessively.

I was doing research for an affordable gaming laptop and look at this so I bought it. I really like it, it can run most games in ultra like Forza Horizon 4, Left for dead 2 etc I recommend it also easy set up

Purchased this for work and I love it! I work from home with multiple systems going at once and the speed is not affected. I have not used it for gaming but I’m sure it would work just fine!

I really wanted to love this laptop, however I got an unrecoverable blue screen of death after a hp update. The a Geek Squad couldn’t even fix it. Other than the fan noise and BSOD this is wonderful laptop.

I am a college engineering student and this computer was perfect for me. replaced my old laptop after it reached the end of its life and this thing is perfect for demanding software, or casual usage.
