Powerful, fast, efficient and just the right size. She loves the ssd and how fast windows loads. Gets online quickly and let's her do her thing with G suite. Battery life is excellent. She really loves the keyboard as well. Overall excellent purchase. We were able to get another $100 with student discount... Yay!

This is an amazing laptop. The SSD combined with the i5, takes about 10 seconds from off to surfing the web. 8 GB of ram is nice so I can run multiple programs. Touch screen is responsive and accurate. I do like how it folds onto itself, however when folded it get hot, not warm, but hot.

I purchased this without even realizing (somehow) that the laptop can be turned into a tablet essentially. I use this laptop daily for browsing, streaming and Microsoft Office. My 2nd grade son uses it for his homework and loves the ability to use touchscreen and to where I can prop it up on his desk to use.

I knew I was looking for a yoga style laptop for my son but this one far exceeded my expectations with the finger print security, touch screen full yoga and added with the extra Geek Squad 2 year protection WELL WORTH IT! No mailing, waiting....he can walk into any Best Buy (including the one right by his campus)

Overall I like the laptop. It's fast enough for me and does everything I need it to do. But... there are two problem issues, one minor and a bit annoying and the other VERY annoying. 1. The power on/off button is on the left side of the computer. Often times if I pick up the computer, it accidentally depresses the power button witch turns off the power. The power button should be located on the top of the keypad area like most other laptops. This is a fairly minor problem. 2. The touch-pad is SO sensitive that it is almost unusable. Just resting your finger on the pad inadvertently selects whatever the curser happens to be on. I've set the touch-pad on it's lowest sensitivity and it is still way too sensitive. To get around this problem, I'm forced to use a plug-in mouse most of the time. Other than those two issues I like it, Taking the price into consideration (around $500), if I could fix the pad sensitivity problem I would upgrade this review from 3 stars to 4... possibly even 5.

I bought this computer for my little sister which is an aspiring photographer, I personally have a HP envy x 360, and I know 8gb is the way to go. This computer can compete with other computers almost double the price of its own so yeah, this computer is more than a good first laptop.

I really like this computer. It's got all the features my college age student needs. It can be a bit slow at times with too many programs open, but I've figured out how to manage that easily. I like the touch screen, the ability to use it as a tablet, and the functionality with the Bamboo pen.

This laptop is lightweight so it makes it easy to travel with. The tablet feature is beneficial for taking notes. Sometimes I accidentally turn it off when I’m adjusting the laptop cuz the power button is on the side. It does heat up super quick so that’s another down side. Good starter laptop

I got this after my daughter recommended it to me (she got the exact same one for college school work) so I could use it to work from home & my other daughter use to for school work due to Covid. It’s worked great for everything we’ve needed it for & for a better price than others.

I purchased a new computer. Both the sales department and the geek squad made that process seamless and easy. It was an HP and the price was very reasonable compared to other products available. The salesman help us decide the most cost effective option. The geek squad downloaded need software .

My previous HP desktop was over 8 years old and still had Windows 7. Its hard drive and keyboard had been replaced at different times. It took up a lot of room and had a mess of wires under the desk. I didn't have a router. A man came to my house to check out what I had and what I would need before the Geek Squad came to set up everything. I bought Microsoft Office for as long as I have this computer. My Word and Excel files were moved to the new computer. Everything was up and running before January 14 - the day Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7! I'm very happy with this computer and have shown it to several friends, Thank you.

I struggled with the Geek Squad getting things done to set up my system. They kept referring me BACK to Microsoft to work with them. Actually, the only thing they did beside setting me up was to give me the CORRECT number to Microsoft. Now... the website has the correct number loud and clear on the website. Actually my problem was of my own making. I did not have my password to my account and had to get a new email address and start over. I had to get used to working with Microsoft and Outlook tech support agencies. A struggle at times.

I bought this for my wife who is going back to school. This is a great compact laptop that runs very well. I have no complaints with speed or anything else performance related. Complaints about the fan are a bit overblown. Yes the fan runs when it's hot, but it's not obnoxious or loud.

Great size for my granddaughter, her computer is no longer operating so I purchased her an HP 360 with more memory and GB. I’m pleased with my purchase we both love the weight and ease.

My boyfriend desperately needed a new laptop. As a dungeon master of several campaigns, he likes to bring his books and notes with him to visit friends. He's also an avid reader and is over the moon of the tablet mode. Overall, acts exactly as it's advertised and I got it for a very good price.
