I used this head for several years. The noise cancelation on the 5200 is far more supeior. But i like the usbc and the longer battery time on the new legend 50. I hope hp will evantually get the noise cancelation back on track.

Sound quality is perfect, noise cancelation is perfect, i am using this kine of Plantronics for almost 8 years, changing every 2 years or less with new one. I remember first Plantronics i got from Frys Electronic after that I find out Best buy has them too and i am buying from best buy from that time. The product was missing items that other vendors gave. The price was also much higher than others and did not provide the same value. I brought the device back and shared that items were missing from it, and the rep claimed it doesn't offer that and that I would have to buy it separately. I then returned it and bought it from another store, which included an adapter and case. A price match is invalid when you don't have everything that comes with the product. The image shows what is included with the case, adapter, USB, and device. I am very disappointed and cannot give a rating because I returned it. The product I bought, as shown, is the complete package from another vendor at the same price, including the case and adapters.

Too many malfunctions: disconnects, volume drops. It's better to buy the previous version. Besides, the Best Buy description says it comes with a case, which is a lie. It doesn't.
Improvement in almost every aspect. Read for expla

I've been using hands-free headsets from the Voyager line for more than 10 years now.
This new model is an improvement on almost every level.
USB-C charging port has finally arrived. Battery lasts much longer than previous model. I can hear the people on the other side loud and clear.
The one issue I have encountered: Sometimes, the microphone seems to not pick up the first millisecond of whatever I'm saying. I've had people asking if I'm still on the line after I've said a short "Yes".
Not sure if I've gotten a defective unit, or it something affecting all of them. Considering replacing this one. I will try to update my review once I've done it.

We have been using Voyager earpieces for years. They work very well. If you choose the right size plastic piece (from the options included), they will fit quite well into your ear AND not fall off easily. (Of course, one should always be careful.)
The microphone picks up voices well. The audio/volume and quality of the sound is good.
It can be worn all day without discomfort. It recharges quickly (although we recharge them every night).

Great headset, noise cancelling works well, connectivity has been 100% reliable so far, and it's comfortable enough to wear for long stretches. It's a little pricey, but the quality matches the price.

This works very well for me being that I work remote. I purchased this so I can travel with smaller accesories compared to my big headset. Battery life lasts the whole work day and the sound is decent. The ear silicone is my only thing I might have a negative about. It just does not fit like I want it to even though it comes with a different size.

I've been using this headset for a while now, and it's been an excellent experience overall. The sound quality is crisp and clear—while it could be a touch louder, it performs reliably and consistently. The battery life is great, lasting through long workdays with ease. I also appreciate the addition of USB-C charging, a much-needed upgrade from the proprietary connector used in older Plantronics models. It’s convenient to have both charging options available.
Yes, it's definitely on the expensive side—but in my opinion, it’s worth every penny for the reliability, thoughtful design, and trusted brand quality. A solid investment for anyone who values dependable audio gear.

I love the poly line of products. In-ear ear buds don't stay and I lose them all the time. I don't have that problem with these and combining the adjustable inserts they are comfortable. With the noise cancelling, it blocks all but the loudest noises. I combine it with both my phone and the BT700 to use on my laptop.

This product is pretty good. It is a little wonky to fit into my ear (most in-ear things are), but it sounds nice and I haven't had any comfort issues so far.

I was excited for this update coming from the 5200. FINALLY a bigger battery and USB-C but those are the only positives
On the DOWNSIDE, volume is low, NO CALLER ID announcement, answer/ignore doesn't work well, there was no BT adapter or charging case as the product states is included.

I have to say I love this headset. It’s comfortable and you can hear so clearly. The reason I gave it 3 stars and not five is I have had to turn them in so often because they short out to easily!!! You can hear the person but they cant hear you or vice versa. Its aggravating.

Bought this because I had some important calls when I was traveling and my normal noise canceling earphones weren’t doing the trick to block out the noise. Similar look and feel and now has USB C. Worked on all of my calls.
