Great computer for a very good price

I decided to purchase it because I needed a new and better performing computer and I've always had pleasant experiences with refurbished products. So far I'm very happy with the purchase. It arrived faster than scheduled and I like how it performs. I don't regret going with a refurbished product.

I have purchased this desk top with the guidance of my computer IT guy. It has been under two month. I am pleased with the performance.

Misrepresentation of product

The picture is what I ordered. I received something else completely. The machine I received is not as the tower pictured. It is a skinny HP that is made to lay flat. I feel Best Buy misrepresented the product.
