The headset is very good and provides a great VR experience. The wands can be fragile and break pretty easily. I got a Geek Squad warranty with my set up, and when the wands stop responding to inputs the whole setup was replaced without question. When it comes time for another headset I will come back to Best Buy, but will one that has integrated sensors so I don't need the light houses.

The image quality is great, and it is quite easy to install. - though we had to buy an extra HDMI-to-Display Port adapter to fit our PC. One of the two wall-mounted position sensors developed a fault within a week of set up. HTC online support, so far, has been helpful. We have sent the sensor back, and are awaiting a replacement. Depending on how this turns out, I may need to revise the number of stars up or down!

Had a blast, so much fun. Unfortunately I returned after a week because the motion sickness was terrible after 15-20mins. Could be fun if you have the time to play daily and start with slow games but what fun is that. The games were awesome but I found myself sick daily to the point of running to the bathroom multiple times a day and constant headaches. Wasn’t worth it for me so I returned

Very happy with the VR quality and ease of set up so far.

We bought the system for our son. It is really easy to setup. The only tricky part is finding a good place for the motion sensors. We will probably get some speaker stands to position them at the right location and height. Otherwise works well in our room.

This is no plug and play kind of toy, if you're willing to sit down and learn the setup, it will be worth the time

Love my VIVE, still use it today. You NEED a PC to use it and enough room to not break anything but yeah it works perfectly fine. Get used to your eyes sweating though.

Best VR experience you could get. Good tracking and multiple games to play.

The virtual reality is fun! We have all enjoyed it. Just make sure you I have enough room to move around because you can’t see anything once the headgear is on.

Bought for my 14 year old son. He loves it! I’m impressed with the graphics and the games that are available.

Daughter loves her HTC Vive. She wanted this one because you can buy the legs and torso. No problems with the system.

The HTC-Vive has easy to use hand controls and fits better on the head than the "other" VR offerings. Initial setup is not for beginners. I was disappointed that they had to be bolted to the walls of my house in the "out of the box" package.

Arrived with a bad USB charger block and I spent many hours on phone with HTC and BBY solving issue.

Using it for training purposes. Does exactly what we were told it would do. The home screen can be a little blurry at times if you dont have a top top top of the line computer
